Beijing PEK to SFO. I had an economy seat on this flight. The seat comfort was acceptable. My main complaint is with the FA’s lack of personality and absence from servicing the plane, specifically restroom care (I wish I could share a pic of the restroom that I captured) and care of travelers—drink cart/availability of drinks. I'm amazed at the level of service on other International travel where a passenger is most often appreciated.

Not the best. Mean. Didn’t give any value to me being a united silver member and lots of attitude.

The reason I don’t fly United. No in seat entertainment for a long flight and inconsistent WiFi and entertainment available from my device.

horrible website for checking in- no option just to write the passport number; ludicrous

Flight was great my baggage was on time everywhere but my bags had been handled ruff cause they got damaged.

Connection coordination with Star Alliance partner could be better. Lots of check in setup was not interlinked between operators.

Everything was perfect except the pad at the top of the seat back. It pushes my head forward into a very uncomfortable position and it is not removable.

Preferred the UA flight compared to the Air India. The seats were more comfortable and the food was good enough.

The pairing of personal Bluetooth headset did not work, provided headset did not work, then the screen locked and therefore no in-flight entertainment was available.
