When arriving to Taipei, make sure to following the passing card side for connecting flights. We got in the red lanes and had to get our bags checked again. Go green side far right, it’s not very clear then you go to the next stop for transfer check.

This was a connecting flight from China and even though we'd only just walked a few hundred meters in the same terminal, we still had to go through a thorough security check at the gate to Melbourne.

Arrive early - walk and find where your gates are. IF You didnt get a chance to shop for Philippine goodies, the terminal has tons of local goodies to shop for! Also if your flight is delayed - there is a small massage area and their services are amazing!
J&SFlew with Korean AirSIN-ICNNov 2024
Singapore is always the best. Most airports now require a lot of walking from gate to gate which is good for my step counting. However, we were the last group to make it to our gate for Seattle at Inchon after a quick stop to the bathroom.
Verified travelerFlew with Hawaiian AirlinesBKK-ICNSep 2024
I will not fly to ICN and transfer to Hawaiian again. Both Asiana and KAL are good flights to ICN. And their lounges are both good. But if flying onward, stay with Asiana or KAL connections. ICN doesn’t do terminal connections well.
Verified travelerFlew with Cathay PacificBKK-HKGNov 2024

Thai air send to be the only direct flight from Lahore to Bangkok so it's worth paying a little more in my mind. PAL has bigger planes & better luggage policies so its more comfortable to fly. PAL's passenger disembarking procedure is way better than any other domestic & International airlines I've flown; other airlines should use this procedure. PAL just need to improve on implementing Priority lanes and strict adherence on flight schedules (avoid delays). So far PAL is still recommended for Domestic flights.

Malaysian Airlines is a good option. They don't have a screen but you can connect to onboard wifi and watch onboard entertainment, movies, and music on your smartphone or tablet. Bring your headphones. Some people didn't put on headphones and disturbed others with the sound from their phones.

The flight to GES MNL sucks, there was no entertainment. There was no footrest. So the business class seat was not comfortable.

I can't complain. Flying with Philippines airlines was the best choice. They are the best option in the Philippines.

Everything was great, except for the inflight entertainment, which wouldn't work on my Samsung Zflip. The flight was smooth despite the heavy rains exiting Tokyo. The cabin crew were very attentive and friendly. I had the pork katsudon, which was very tender and flavorful.

Food was great. Hot meals. Entertainment- not so good. They only showed one tv filipino series with only 3 episodes for a 14 hour flight.

Ground and flight crew very courteous and professional. Seats are just ok. Entertainment could be upgraded with newer movies. Food was not good at all.

My finger has been hurt by seat, but no answer from you.

Flight was delayed and caused us to miss our connection. American Airlines did nothing to compensate us and they lost 2 out of 4 of our checked baggage. They have not returned inquiries into customer service and have not offered us compensation. Terrible.

The PAL employee who assisted my minor children went above and beyond her job and our expectations! Sophia was kind, courteous and made sure my children were taken care of!

Overall it’s very acceptable I will gave an A.

Food was satisfactory, movie monitor not working. Other than that on time and pleasant crew.

Captain smooth landing, Crew efficient and helpful. We saw Mt Fuji from the plane. Thanks.

On time and smooth flight from San Juan direct to Sint Maarten.

Just to be expected on a budget airline. Since all the flights were either late on the evening it would help to offer some food for purchase Since you tourists cannot buy decent food withoit local vaccination record in hong Kong this would really to help Using phone to submit electronic data is great but for the elderly this is a hassle

Flight cancelled without notidication, had to book an emergency replacement flight at the counter

No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

Your check in lines were terrible everything else was great!

flight cancelled.. booked through orbitz, yet orbitz won't handle refunds.. never use them again..

It arrived 18 minutes early. Attendant are good. For baording , they should improve especially carrying thru bus.

Super delayed. Delayed to get the bus, delayed to get off the bus, delayed to take off.

exceptionally good with the particular flight because no delay. hope that happens for every flight

Boarding had us in a tunnel with no AC for 15 minutes. Not planned well. And you have to pay for water, get at airport

Kind of worried due to typhoon but yeah we can't do about nature thing. So okay naman kudos to all crews and pilots for the safe landing.

it was good experience though we wait for a minutes in the railday due to no available parking. Keep it up all..

I was memorable! THIS FLIGHT WAS ALL ABOUT WAITING! WAITING TO BOARD SINCE FLIGHT WAS DELAYED. WAITING IN THE RUNWAYS NO AVAILABLE PARKING BAY. FOR THE LAST TIME WAITING FOR FOOD COMPENSATION

The flight was delayed by an hour . Traveling with 75 year old father was difficult and then when he asked for water he was asked to purchase :-) . Overall just an ok experience.

Overall service is good, the only thing I would like airasia to improve is there seating. Their seat handles are broken as well as the back rest

Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy

The flight was supposed to depart at 9:25. It departed at 9:00. Im glad we were early and did not miss it.

They wouldn't even allow us to bring water from the fountain on board the aircraft.

Premium seats should have legroom this one didn't have it. I had 2 free checked bag but I got charged for while it shows on my reservation

Terrible airline! This airline just ruined our family vacation due to a 12 hours delay as a result of their operational issues.

Too many flight delays. Airport terminal serving Boracay needs upgrades.

Over 6 hours delayed.. using philippine air fleet planes are beat up dirty and uncomfortable. Have been flying air asia for over 4 years from Manila to Tokyo and kansai as well as several local flights from Manila to Bacolod and Cebu.. 3 planes were down for maintenance and caused havoc.. need to invest in new fleet or seriously clean and upgrade the existing fleet. Will not be flying anymore until fixed. Several options out there now to choose from as air asia prices have skyrocketed.. no point in using them anymore . Severally upset passenger here. They can’t even manage the queuing of Zones for boarding as it’s a crab fest free for all now. No discipline and let the passengers in line to board just run into any lane possible.. and priority luggage?? Forget it I’ve paid for it for the last 6 flights and never got it first.. air asia has turned into a expensive joke.. use Cebu pacific or zip air now..

We had three flight delays before eventually taking off 3 hours late. Inflight service was very limited, but it was a relatively short flight. Luggage was delivered promptly.

My flight got canceled and I nearly missed my connecting flight to el nido because of this . So I had to get up at 4am to catch a ferry to cebu and travel 7 hours to the airport I am not happy at all
