On time service. Seat comfort and the crew service very good .

I like Eva Air. I’ve been flying it for several years.. I did notice small changes for the worse by the staff. They’re still way above major carriers based in the USA.

Food was ok. Could have been better. Entertainment was limited, especially for kids.

The crew was very helpful. Food was prepared with great care and tasted wonderful. Movie selection was a bit limited. The bedding on the seat is a little too thin for sleeping.

As a senior traveller it’s difficult to be seated all the way at the back

Their announcement was not quite clear in Chinese. The rest is pretty good.

The hygiene of the bathrooms were terrible. Urine smells leaked out into the cabin and the seats were really tight, even for a petite woman like myself. Flight attendants did not go through the cabin enough to offer refreshments.

On time. Great service. Good food. Good movies. All good!

The flight was ok. The person who brings tea and coffee totally forgot about us or just walked past at both meals. And special attention is given if you are Taiwanese

Eva Air's Business Class is pretty decent. With the given price, I think that the food can be better.

Lots of legroom for a small flight. There was in flight entertainment even though it is a short duration. We waited on one passenger to board for a long time after everyone else was on.

Fast boarding. Cabin temperature was a bit warm, but I guess this is the standard in ANA. The Room seats are spacious, but not long enough for me.

ANA crews are superb, very responsive and caring. Boarding was smooth and so as the landing. Great flights we had with ANA.

ANA was wonderful just needed to upgrade the food and the entertainment.

Crew were efficient and friendly. But my seat was very uncomfortable . Was seated at last row window seat 27. Too cramp

We did not receive our special meal request (vegetarian). The crew was apologetic but then kept interrupting me at least 6 times to ask to see my email or access the web to show verification. (I did not have internet access while on the plane). They kept asking the same questions and taking down the same information. It became exasperating. I understand these errors occur but the constant questioning was disrupted and only compounded the error.

Older 777 - showing lots of wear - Premium econo seats that are difficult to recline and worn springs to they don't return to takeoff position without standing and pulling them forward

Good. Got me there and back safely and mostly on time. 30 min delay for maintenance once but that means more time for nap. Crew was super nice.

I said the boarding was just par with other airlines, but I can't think of a way to improve it.

The flight was canceled, and the airlines stated that they don't know when they can put me on another flight. I had to purchase another flight from a different airline. I am now having issues requesting a refund. What a nightmare experience, I will not refer anyone to this airline.

Enjoyed flying Japan Airlines! Staff were all nice & flight was comfortable.

WiFi inflight was not working. Then they told everyone they had no beef for the steak option. So that left just sea food and snacks. So all I ate for the 11 hour flight, was an ice cream sundae. Gave out Casper mattress pads, which are always so nice.

The flight was delayed almost three hours because of a labor issue. During the delay, JAL staff did a poor job communicating with customers about what was happening and seemed confused about what to do.

Wow they board very fast and very organized. We left late to to inbound flight but arrived early due to crew organized.

Wonderful service from timely boarding, to attentive crew, food service, my seat was very comfy, no complaints at all!

Management of serious allergens despite advance notice. Did not know ingredients contained in their own food. Went as far as to have parents try to ‘take a look at the food’ to ‘see if it was Ok’ since they did not know ingredients. Will inevitably have a passenger with a severe incident if they do not train better.

All of the JAL flights in this itinerary were great. However the last leg of my flight from LAX to SFO was through Japan Air’s partner, AA which wqsn’t up to par. We were informed only minutes before boarding time of a delay despite the airlines knowing about the delay far earlier (the aircraft we would be taking arriving arrived and disembarked close to our boarding time, for all to see but AA still kept the original boarding time posted until last minute). Furthermore, once we boarded the taxi/wait time was also extended, with the pilot blaming “construction at SFO” for the delay, rather than taking accountability for the the plane’s late arrival coming into LAX. We took off approximately an hour later than scheduled. It’s for these reasons I adamantly avoid American Airlines when possible. Again, JAL was stellar.

This airlines is always my favorite. Very consistent customer service and food is good. My last flight with them, I had no idea we landed because it was just that smooth of a land.

Airline itself is great. While food was being taken off of my tray my beer spilled which was a total accident and I wasn’t upset about that, what was frustrating was I had to ask for towels to clean up and wipe my leg. It would have been left as is if I hadn’t.

Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.

The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍

Short lay over. Seat assignment was terrible. Was traveling as a family and end up being seated separately. Will not use underpricer ever again.

Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.

Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.

I would have liked to know how to order a special meal (for medical purposes) before the flight.

The flight who provided services on my row had some not-nice attitude and not smiling at all.

Great ride! arrived safe and sound. Everything was great altho its still uncomfortable seats too small space to pass through in.

Not much legroom in economy seats and aisle. Bathrooms are not maintained well. Staff can be friendlier. Food is barely edible.

Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks

Food was satisfactory, movie monitor not working. Other than that on time and pleasant crew.

They were two hours late!! Threw everything else planned off.

First and foremost it was a Philippine Airlines.my experiences ,number one non- stop flight no lay over not other airlines,number two ,boarding they calling by ground letter.number 3 stay on time no delay flight

Uncomfortable seats for international flights. No usb charging yet they want you to use your device for entertainment. Very poor.

When I checked in, there was no option available for selecting a gluten-free meal. The lounge offerings were inadequate for someone with a gluten-free diet, and the staff in the lounge were not helpful at all.
