Great service. Was there a food option? I was given food (I could have ordered ahead of time?) but had no choice. I like choice.

The staff was marvelous. The entertainment options were terrible, old or 2nd rate movies. I was unable to entertain myself for 18 hours-it made it seem even longer. Note: I thought about upgrading but your information about what was included was unclear. Are the seats bigger? Are there current moves? What kind of food do you get? Would the upgrade compare to Delta? Just saying the upgrade is better didn’t convince me and I regret not flying Delta.
Plane is new and I was upgraded to first class so all was great.
Only one Hindi movie from LA to Taipei and same movie from Taipei to Singapore Why we call it entertainment when I have to watch one movie for 18 hours flying ?
Food was ok. Could have been better. Entertainment was limited, especially for kids.
EVA Air flight from Wien to Taipei is good, but the on-ground service to arrival gate is bad.
The flight from Taipei to LAX was the first time we encountered rudeness from the crew. From the gate agents to the in flight crew. We had received such wonderful service going to Bali and on our Bali to Taipei flight that it shocked us when the gate agent was rude and then the rudeness continued on the flight to LAX.
Overall great experience. All four members of my family were seated together without paying extra to reserve seats. Everything was on time. Food was great and healthy. Media entertainment was good. Rock music could be added as a listening choice. No issue with baggages. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. I would recommend EVA to friends and family.
As a senior traveller it’s difficult to be seated all the way at the back
Loved that leg room was great for economy, and food was definitely better than other American airlines, great selection of movies. My mom is happy.
Just okay. Staff is accomodating especially at the check in counter and gate. Boarding was just fine. Leg room was cramped at economy. No entertainment, wifi is so-so. Cola in can given by cup, but rest of can was not given. At least give the whole can.
What I noticed is that when customers or passengers are asleep, they are no longer given food.
Flight were late each leg of the trip, seats were narrow and uncomfortable. Food was delayed and poor quality. Overall a bad e perience. I complained and was offered no offset or compensation.

ANA’s service was great, and the flight was nice and smooth . They gave us updates and checking in and boarding was smooth and easy .

Easy if you are a United States Citizen, when you go to US Border & Customs, bring your Passport if you arrive Internationally. Remember to pick up your check baggage before moving into domestic flights, as they will check the tag for the plane you are boarding in. (They will check your baggage again). Bring your ID/DL (Real-ID COMPLIANT) with you to pass security/TSA, passport works too. SFO is pretty strict as well as LAX. The seats are too small for international flights. I felt like cattle.
As my first experience in business class it was a great trip considering how long the flight is and how hard it usually is to sleep in economy
Boarding could have been a little bit better but other than that it was a pretty good experience. I think because of the stowaway to Paris France recently they are being extra diligent about boarding passes at the gate. But they boarded the back of the plane first, and that's something I really think needs to start in the USA.
I did not take the flight, tried to cancel it right after I booked it, but was unable to reach anyone. I blame Kayak for this situation because they sent the booking through another company and I was unable to get anyone to talk to me about the situation. I had to just take the hit and pay for another flight through Cathay Pacific, which was wonderful. I will never use Kayak again. (I bet they don’t post this review!) I’ll just post about them on social media sites. I don’t want anyone to have to go through the hassle and expense I dealt with.
Airline itself is great. While food was being taken off of my tray my beer spilled which was a total accident and I wasn’t upset about that, what was frustrating was I had to ask for towels to clean up and wipe my leg. It would have been left as is if I hadn’t.
Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.
The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍
Short lay over. Seat assignment was terrible. Was traveling as a family and end up being seated separately. Will not use underpricer ever again.

Fast boarding flight on time boarded plane back to front instead of stupid zone groups like US airlines do...
Horrible. No good food. Baggage missed to onboard and came after a day. No support to compensate the delay. Customer care cannot see the status of the complaint. No reply of the email.

Cathay has a great reputation, though it's baseline economy seating is nothing to write home about (and SE Asia flight passengers sometime lack 'routine stateside' etiquette). On the other hand, food was great, flight attendants were nice, and price was very good~

They charged me $900 to board my flight I already paid for just because I missed my previous flight. I do not recommend this airline by any means.

Flight left and arrived on time. Preloading area in Manila could use some help. Area needs to be bigger to at least seat the passengers while waiting. Crew is great nonstop to MNL is a game changer.

Great ride! arrived safe and sound. Everything was great altho its still uncomfortable seats too small space to pass through in.
Not much legroom in economy seats and aisle. Bathrooms are not maintained well. Staff can be friendlier. Food is barely edible.
The PAL employee who assisted my minor children went above and beyond her job and our expectations! Sophia was kind, courteous and made sure my children were taken care of!
Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks

They were two hours late!! Threw everything else planned off.
Flight was cancelled and rescheduled to 205 in the morning at the peril of passengers. No hotels provided by the airline. Passengers left stranded at airport. Not acceptable. I was able to get a hotel at my own cost outside of the airport. No reimbursement. Won’t be my choice in for future travels.
Worst airline. They had 3 security checks just to get onboard and no notification prior. Had to throw away any liquid bought at duty free because one of the security checks was prior to boarding the plane. My onboard media console was not working, the flight attendant said they will check on it but did nothing. Pretended we did not ask for it to be rectified for a 17hr plane ride. Horrible experience. My first and last time taking Philippines Airlines.
