Great airline with excellent service! Only drawback was the meat served was overcooked on both flights.

Everything was great except the meat served was tough and overcooked!
Crew was not proactive and were busy laughing and talking instead of attending the passenger’s needs. Meals were served in a hurried manner.
Flight was overbooked. Luckily there was room in Business so several people got free upgrade.
On the positive side, Turkish airlines had a direct flight from Dallas to Istanbul. The check in process was fine and the flight crew was very nice. In terms of improvement, despite paying for better seats, the seats were very cramped. The food was terrible.
On my flight the menus showed different food and different was available. I think that was a miscommunication maybe. Other than that flight was wonderful.
I took a nine-hour flight in economy class, and the seats were quite comfortable. I even managed to take a long nap, which rarely happens. There was a good selection of movies, and the complimentary kit included socks, ear plugs, a sleep mask, lip balm, and a toothbrush with toothpaste.
The plane is very small according to distance flight . Seat not comfortable according to the class of business class realy very bad ..
Although we had booked seats months in advance, we arrived at the airport with only three seat assignments for our group of eleven because we had not checked in online and the airline had overbooked the flight. The rest of us had to fly standby, which was a pretty tense situation for a while. Ultimately, we were all very grateful to be on the same flight from Istanbul to Izmir.
The inflight Wi-Fi was poor or non-existent however the entertainment system was good. The staff are good and effective but don’t really relate well to the travellers (a smile and a “how are you” would not go astray). Not the worst airline, but if they improve they could be leaders.
I found that it seems that the space for personal bags or luggage is not enough( the cabinets for personal bags or luggage over the seats) .
The incoming flight was delayed so boarding didn’t happen on time. Upon landing in Munich, we couldn't pull up to a gate so we had to disembark on the tarmac and be bussed to the main terminal. This caused a mad rush for me and others who were making connecting flights to get to our new gates, and my bag didn’t get over to the new plane in time.
Delayed over an hour due to paperwork not being filed correctly. Forced to change planes.
Airline staff was good the checkin process was ok but the plane itself was very bad the comfort was worst it was worst and the most stiff 5 hours of my life i felt claustrophobic
Our flight was delayed several times. It left 9 hours after scheduling. We had to sleep in the airport.
It’s a service to take you from one point to another. No frills. You want it, you take it. It’s upon you to bring food, reading material, games to play, movies to watch, etc. The wifi onboard never works - so you cannot even listen to any podcasts, music, or get updated news feeds. The toilet is a mess, and a four flight does not need any hygienic interventions when people either splatter their pee all over the seats or on the floor. It’s a monopolized service and so smile and bear it.
A/C still wasn't working. Luckily it was only a 14 minute flight
Great flight. WiFi worked great and the crew was awesome.
The new Airbus A231neo has neat tech but the economy seats are so tight together that I always had my shoulders against one passenger or the other. I was very miffed that Basic Economy REQUIRES check-in of bags other than your personal carry-on; if you want to offer low-cost airline prices and then add services for a fee, just let me carry on my duffel. Hell, I could have put my carry on IN the duffel and called it a day but the gate agent would not let me; I ended up paying $40 for the risk of losing my bag. Not the worst flight, but far from the best.
Brutal delay of 24 hours on first floight the 3 hours in Chicago . Tiny seats , screaming child behind me kicking the seat … couldn’t be worse
