The flight to GES MNL sucks, there was no entertainment. There was no footrest. So the business class seat was not comfortable.

love the flight but the chairs are not comfortable mostly for smaller people

Flight left and arrived on time. Preloading area in Manila could use some help. Area needs to be bigger to at least seat the passengers while waiting. Crew is great nonstop to MNL is a game changer.

Everything was great, except for the inflight entertainment, which wouldn't work on my Samsung Zflip. The flight was smooth despite the heavy rains exiting Tokyo. The cabin crew were very attentive and friendly. I had the pork katsudon, which was very tender and flavorful.

Expensive and yet uncomfortable. Was told by the crew to get back to us for the breakfast meal but never returned, my child was hungry

Flight left on time landed early, Crew was great , never an easy job. Bags arrived in a timely manner . Good job all in all.

Food was great. Hot meals. Entertainment- not so good. They only showed one tv filipino series with only 3 episodes for a 14 hour flight.

Flight was delayed and caused us to miss our connection. American Airlines did nothing to compensate us and they lost 2 out of 4 of our checked baggage. They have not returned inquiries into customer service and have not offered us compensation. Terrible.

Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks

Overall it’s very acceptable I will gave an A.
