The boarding was organized and efficient. The crew was very thoughtful and did not wake me up when meals were served. I was totally exhausted after 2 weeks of vacation with a tour group. So sleep was more important to me. The crew just left me a sticker telling me that food had been served and if I woke up hungry to contact the crew. I did have the last meal scheduled on board. Food was very mediocre. The scrambled egg and minced meat were too salty. The porridge was passable. I was disappointed because I have high expectations of food from Taiwan. I thought EVA being a Taiwan based airline would have served its customers better tasting food.

The app was awful. No accurate info. Paying for internet is a negative (Delta is free). The crew was very nice for the most part although you are not guaranteed to get good service. Some crew would ignore requests for things as simple as a cup of water if you were sleeping when the first serving was made. Food was great. Male crew member was exceptionally kind and responsive.
Crew's attitude can be better. I asked one crew member to help to put carry on baggage into overhead bin, but he was not willing to help. I needed help because my height is short. His attitude was bad.
It was a good flight. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.
The employees were professional and efficient. I consider myself a traveler but have trouble with the international fare served on airplanes. I admit Americans buy their food in the supermarket and we typically don’t eat the ligaments and cartilage. I know that is whiny but as I age, I dislike it more. At least things weren’t covered in cheese. The desserts are terrible! My neighbor didn’t eat her bread so I asked if I could have it. First time for everything but had been traveling a total of 27 hours and was hungry.
Only one Hindi movie from LAvto Taipei and same movie from Taipei to Singapore Really horrible and we call it entertainment???
I like Eva Air. I’ve been flying it for several years.. I did notice small changes for the worse by the staff. They’re still way above major carriers based in the USA.
The food was good, but we are not able to use earphones to watch a movie.

Flight were late each leg of the trip, seats were narrow and uncomfortable. Food was delayed and poor quality. Overall a bad e perience. I complained and was offered no offset or compensation.

We purchased premium economy seats 9 months ago and got bumped to economy when we tried to board the plane. It was a huge fiasco while they struggled to find us seats. I tried reaching out to Kayak to see how we can get refunded for the extra money we spent on premium but have heard nothing back. It was a 14 hour flight and were disappointed that we lost our seats after selecting them 9 months ago.
Flight was overall OK: lovely staff and smooth travelling. The only downside was no food was available on a 3.5 hour flight over lunchtime. Luckily we had realised this in advance and brought our own bento.
They did not have vegetarian options, but the staff did their best to accommodate me and hand wrote an apology and the number to call 24 hours before I get on the flight next time.
Lots of legroom for a small flight. There was in flight entertainment even though it is a short duration. We waited on one passenger to board for a long time after everyone else was on.

Easy if you are a United States Citizen, when you go to US Border & Customs, bring your Passport if you arrive Internationally. Remember to pick up your check baggage before moving into domestic flights, as they will check the tag for the plane you are boarding in. (They will check your baggage again). Bring your ID/DL (Real-ID COMPLIANT) with you to pass security/TSA, passport works too. SFO is pretty strict as well as LAX. Loved that I had an exit row seat, and there was no one else in the row! And again, I don' use on-line entertainment at all (I read or sleep) but I very much appreciate that I didn't hear anyone else's entertainment!
Loved everything! This flight had premium economy and I didn't see an option to upgraded to premium economy OR buy premium economy tickets. How come?
Flight attendants were great. Comfort of seat and lie down bed pretty good. Food was very mediocre. Wine was good (red French wine) although I should have taken advantage of having more! :-) it was too late on the flight From znz—I was tired…then too early from Dubai. Woman sitting behind me dropped a full bag of garbage on my head while I was sleeping…orange peels, wet partially eaten food and very smelly food garbage which I literally had to pick out of my hair, off my face and away from my pillow. Not the airlines fault but still a very unpleasant experience.
I have a very good experience flighting with emirates. All my expectations were fit well.
One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.
Emirates is good airlines. But there plane seats were very small and congested. Need to little good and big seats in economy class.
On the DXB to IAD flight, missed the snack between the meals again...
Meals were delicious, however I got hungry between dinner and breakfast.

Cathay has a great reputation, though it's baseline economy seating is nothing to write home about (and SE Asia flight passengers sometime lack 'routine stateside' etiquette). On the other hand, food was great, flight attendants were nice, and price was very good~

Gate got changed about 4 times. Very confusing and very crowded. If you don’t have wifi to help get updates, you can be in deep trouble.
