It was horrible. The flight crew was unfriendly and the food was absolutely horrible.

So far one of the good one , whenever I go to Korea , I always use Korean airline .

They could have had more up to date movies/better choice of music.

Will try never to fly Delta international again. Flight delayed and staff completely inept in dealing with it. Would not communicate, rude, completely disorganized. Once we reached Seoul the staff there had no idea what to do with us and led us around the airport from one pointless line to another. They were clearly not told how to manage the situation even though they had hours to make a plan. Never again.

They texted me my gate number and then they texted me again it’s now boarding but in different gate, and the gate was so far from the gate they texted me earlier. I have to run just to get to my flight. They always do that.

The crew and my luggage was still pretty good after a long flight. They take good care of the luggage.

Really good! I like all the crew, they were so nice and very efficient.

My flight with Korean Air went quite well, I've flown with them for many years and have grown accustomed to their great service.

Plane is new and I was upgraded to first class so all was great.

The flight from Taipei to LAX was the first time we encountered rudeness from the crew. From the gate agents to the in flight crew. We had received such wonderful service going to Bali and on our Bali to Taipei flight that it shocked us when the gate agent was rude and then the rudeness continued on the flight to LAX.

Overall great experience. All four members of my family were seated together without paying extra to reserve seats. Everything was on time. Food was great and healthy. Media entertainment was good. Rock music could be added as a listening choice. No issue with baggages. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. I would recommend EVA to friends and family.

As a senior traveller it’s difficult to be seated all the way at the back

I was expecting that movie selection and food would have been better. Everything else was great.

The type of the food requested (Asian vegetarian) was not properly met with. They have very limited snack items that may compensate for the main meals.

The flight was ok. The person who brings tea and coffee totally forgot about us or just walked past at both meals. And special attention is given if you are Taiwanese

Domestic flight, 1hr 20mins from SFO to LAX, which takes about probably 40-30mins on air.

Easy if you are a United States Citizen, when you go to US Border & Customs, bring your Passport if you arrive Internationally. Remember to pick up your check baggage before moving into domestic flights, as they will check the tag for the plane you are boarding in. (They will check your baggage again). Bring your ID/DL (Real-ID COMPLIANT) with you to pass security/TSA, passport works too. SFO is pretty strict as well as LAX. Domestic flight, 1hr 20mins from SFO to LAX, which takes about probably 40-30mins on air.

The seats are too small for international flights. I felt like cattle.

Boarding was quick and efficient. The food was very good and they had pictures showing you what options there were to avoid misunderstandings.

As my first experience in business class it was a great trip considering how long the flight is and how hard it usually is to sleep in economy

Crew was professional. Never enough leg room for 12 hour overnight flight.

ANA crews are superb, very responsive and caring. Boarding was smooth and so as the landing. Great flights we had with ANA.

The cabin temperature is warmer than I expected and there’s no other way for me to control the temperature. It’s centrally controlled so it’s consistent for everybody. There’s no air flow that I could direct to me if I’m hot. I also noticed people wearing sleeveless shirt. I’m not the only one who noticed that the temp is warm. In a crowded plane, temp should be a little colder, not warm. People can use sweater or use blankets. When it’s warm, there’s no other way to cool down. All 3 ANA planes that I’ve had this trip were all the same. It’s warm. It gets a little claustrophobic if there’s no air flowing or the temp is warm

I loved the Star Wars theme! Hearing C-3P0, R2-D2, and BB-8 was comforting and fun!

Great service and comfortable seats. The first meal was excellent but the second meal was only satisfactory

The staffs are very accomodating!!! The foods are good!!! The entertainment from manila to incheon was miserable because we need to use our own cellphones or own ipads.

Typical Asian airline - flight attendants like robots - start food orders at first row and get to the last row right aisle last - no food selections left. 30 minutes before landing demanding everyone put seats back into upright position, window shades open and God forbid you might have to use the restroom a full 30 minutes left into a 1 hour 45 minute flight. At least the flight was cheap - but that’s the best I can say about it.

The flight was delayed for 2 hours, however, we flew home safely.

The legroom in economy was better than other airlines. Since my legs are long, that means a lot. Also, the A380 from Los Angeles to Incheon gave passengers a smooth ride. Everything went smoothly from boarding to disembarkation in Incheon. I'd fly Asiana again!

30 minutes from landing in Mongolia we had to turn around and go back to Korea due to a storm in the capital of Mongolia. We went back the following day. Safety first!

It’s wonderful service aboard. Delayed for departure but arrival in Korea went so well.

Food was excellent, the crew was exceptionally friendly, and the seats were comfortable. Bathroom were also kept very clean and odor free.

They woke us up 2.5 hours before the flight was over? Why? If I'm on a long haul flight I want to sleep as much as possible. Also, didn't mention the mattress pads in business class so missed out on using those. The western meal of truffle, salmon pasta was the awful. Had a different fish dish on JAL that was great but that pasta was a mish-mash of too many random things that didn't make sense plus dry fish. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved Ryuichi Sakamoto's OPUS in the movie choice.

Too bad the plane didn't work after we taxied out to get in line for take-off. We went back to the gate and waited for almost 90 minutes for them to find a plane that worked. Waited another hour to board. When we got to Rochester we waited for over an hour for our bags to appear. The agent said they only had three people working to load and unload baggage. A one hour flight took an extra four hours. It would have been faster to rent a car at JFK and drive to Rochester.

Good legroom. Front seatback has best compartmentalization, netted pockets on sides of tv monitor for eyeglasses, water bottles etc. For Economy, best food across the Pacific. JAL doesn't skimp on quality to squeeze out more profit. No prepackaged items in plastic wrap. Cocktail service first with nibbles, Wine in your own 2 glass bottle. Later dinner service, more wine! Lastly, breakfast-lunch, more wine if you choose. Lastly, the friendliest most smiling crew across the Pacific.

I said the boarding was just par with other airlines, but I can't think of a way to improve it.

bag dropped took over an hour. there was only one agent behind the counter. Definitely need improvements on food! crews were very pleasant n helpful

The self-baggage at Narita provided by JAL only worked for half my baggage, but the staff present at the counter were very quick to provide assistance. When I arrived in Vancouver, after waiting for ~25 minutes at the baggage carousel, a staff member with a JAL badge quite rudely came up and told me that there was no more baggage coming to the carousel, and I should double check that the baggage that wasn't mine, just in-case my baggage had somehow changed into a different one. After ~3-5 minutes more baggage came out onto the carousel, which included mine.

everything was great except for the plane itself looking worn out.

It was great, but the wifi service was very hard to pay and I barely could use it during my trip. The seats are also a bit tough for tall people (economy area). Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.
