Flight was kept super cold. I was shivering and had to layer up.
The experience was very good. A little disappointed for the delays and the screen. The touch screen was annoying for being so irresponsive. Not a lot of good movie choices for me. The service is great. Food could have more choices though.
Crew was very good, but could have checked on us when meals were not being served also.
The morning in Hong Kong was ridiculous. Very chaotic. The flight was delayed. Missed connecting flights. Kathy should be more competent in getting the planes ready ahead of time so that flights can depart on time.. totally ridiculous and unnecessary. Very poor performance.
Chicken pieces were too big with pasta. Need to be smaller.
Great entertainment system, the seat is a bit old style needs refurbishment
Boarding at the airport was not well managed. Otherwise, had a good flight sitting in the first row (which I paid for). Crew was pretty friendly, and flight was smooth.
it was a great experience as far as business class.. but I have had better meals and wine on other airlines.. that said.. the price was a great value for what I got in return.. crew made the difference.
Not good. Flight was purchased for my father who needed medical assistance to board and transfer due to a heart condition. No one at Hong Kong from Cathay was there to assist and he barely made the connection. When I talked to him he could barely breath and was not sure he was going to make it. Really poor service even though the ticket stated he needed a wheelchair assistance.
Average flight for which I paid too much for on a last minute purchase.
Plane are getting old, almost an hour delay due to technical reson , after all passenger aboard. Took 4 flight on business class this trip and all the planes had an issues. PAL need to improve their planes.
Food could of been better. Crew was pretty much average. It was raining a lot on arrival, had to take a bus to immigration building,

Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks

Uncomfortable seats for international flights. No usb charging yet they want you to use your device for entertainment. Very poor.
Check-in was tedious. They could just have used the electronic boarding passes and counter checked the passengers’ names in their manifest. What’s the use of the early checkin if we still have to queue at the only 1 functioning checkin counter!
Not a pleasant experience from the start of booking first flight all the way through to the actually flight. Only saving grace is the food.
Flight was delayed. What’s better is if the flight stay on time.
Our flights were delayed multiple times and we had less than an hour connection time before our flight took off. Arrived late with only 25 minutes before next flight but no ground crew helped us to get to our next gate even though our flight crew assured us we would get some help. Transitioned to another flight in MNL terminal 1 but got stuck at security so then had to run to make connection. To top it off our luggage didnt make it either. Paid for biz class seats but did not receive biz class experience. The flight crew, food and entertainment were all excellent. We just wish we didnt feel so stressed about connection and not having luggage until the next day.
Terrible. Not to be trusted. I missed a flight from Manila due to 3+ hours in traffic to the airport. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I booked a new flight. The cost was steep. And on my credit card online account, Cebu Pacific charged me for two tickets, yet I'm traveling alone, one person. They are impossible to reach and pathetic customer service. My credit card company is looking into it. NEVER, NEVER fly Cebu Pacific. They will rip you off. They don't care, they don't have to. Fly another airline in the Philippines.
The seats were dirty. Food on tray table. Late on my first flight and almost an hour early on the return. My driver was unable to adjust and I had to pay for different ground transportation.

Boarding had us in a tunnel with no AC for 15 minutes. Not planned well. And you have to pay for water, get at airport

Delays on the tarmac, uncomfortable even after paying extra for premium seats. Bags lost in transit, no compensation provided
