Airline did not have enough vegetarian meals for all guests, and crew were not adequately trained to handle this.

Boarding was a mess, no one managing the queues. I got my meal as the pilot announced starting commencing descent and basic drink not available. No air bridge so takes forever to deplane the A380 onto buses.
The flight was nice and on time. The comfort can be slightly better in business class
The food options for children is limited The business class bed is not fully lie flat, and this is an uncomfortable sleep
Fresh energetic and friendly crew, great food, brand new plane and non stop entertainment
More organised boarding process. It was a circus. Otherwise absolutely top class flight
We waited over an hour to check our bags in and get boarding passes. We arrived 2 and 1/2 hours before the flight, and it was still very slow. That crew was very friendly and very helpful
When you buy Emirates you don’t expect low cost. Choice of coffee/tea vs water. Entertainment on demand. Seat distance won’t allow food tray to extend without hitting belly (and I didn’t grow lately)
Most aspects of the flight were great! The entertainment was mediocre, though, which made such a long flight less enjoyable.
More than two hours delay I could not do my tax refund because of the delay to check in They lost my luggage
Better than other airlines but still not at the top with other airlines that you pay the same price and services and customer service are much more well performed with care and attention to the customer. Still a long way to go. Some of the flight attendants are speaking English like they translate direct from Turkish. They need to improve the customer service for a global travel.
Turkish airlines always is an excellent airline, bottle water, comfort kits were provided. Decent food on board, friendly staffs.

Not sure how they are rated best airline in Europe. If they are the best; then I worry about the overall airline standards of European airlines. Seats were very uncomfortable and almost closer to budget airlines in terms of comfort. A sore bottom after a long haul flight ruins your holiday at the start. Check in process was okay. Staff/crew was good - interactions ranged from pleasant to borderline rude (depending on the particular individual).
6 hour delay for connecting flight in Istanbul, no real information or support, spend night in lounge which was extremely noisy due to construction works.
It was a good experience, it was just the the connecting flight after that was a problem.
Boarding via busess, like low cost airline. In their domestic hub. Insane!
Our seat were changed from Turkish Airlenes without offering us a better choice.We paid for those seats even it was Businesses Class. .The seats we were given was next to cabin crew closet.Crew kept opening the closet while we were sleeping.It was very noisy and we also we’re right to next to kitchen.It was very noisy. We want our money back. Food was horrible when we were flying from Newark to Istanbul. It is a shame for Airline to waste so much money on tastless food.
Amazing, great airlines to go in business class. Hospitality is amazing. Food is great and lounge in Istanbul is at another level.
boarding from the lagos airport is always very chaotic. The seats on the place are not comfortable (old planes are always used on this route) and the screen chargers for my phone are both not working (both seats).
