The WiFi setup on the plane is needlessly cumbersome. Simplify the interface and login.
The trip had a 19 hour layover, and no hotel accommodation was provided. This a shame for an airline to do to their customers. I will not only stop flying with Turkish Airlines, I will make sure anyone I know avoid Turkish Airlines because of how lousy their layover system is.
7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you
The seats have to be one of the worst when it comes to comfort and you have to scramble around to out your handbag in the overhead. The food is still awful. Definitely will not travel on Turkish again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone for sure.
I really didn’t like much. A lot of things can be better beginning with crew to seats and food is awful as well.
Everything needs improvement. Old plane, bad interior, business class seats don't function easily / properly, food is awful, chicken / fish were tough & hard, couldn't eat. Avoid Turkish Airlines.
Pretty standard for long haul international flying. Food was fine, tv/movie selection was great, wifi did not work at all, crew was pleasant enough.
The flight attendants were very attentive and recognized that I had a very short layover for my connecting flight. The head flight attendant went out of his way to find out my connecting gate and ensure that I expedited the aircraft quickly.
Customer service is very bad. They don’t understand English or Arabic which made it very hard to communicate with them. Also when calling to discuss any issue with ticket reservation they hang the phone on you even when speaking to the manager. I will not fly Turkish airlines and I will not recommend to family and friends
Awful seats, poor air circulation. Smelled like poop for 3-5 mins after someone used the bathroom. Child screaming for 13 hours
