At the boarding gate, Jeju airline accepted "carry on" bags for checking in for free due to the "limited cabin space". This is because most passengers were carrying multiple bags that exceed the size and weight limit for carry on items. Rather than inspecting carry-on bags at the counter and requiring excess bags to be checked in for a fee, they allowed freeloading at the boarding gate to to the detriment of those who paid the fee for checked bags. This is totally unfair.

All though you can not help it the kids was loud and unruly, The crew was very accommodating and professional. Thank You Allen.

No priority counter check in for families with young children.

The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.

Cons: "Sold me a ticket then cancelled 15 minutes later due to not having updated information from the airline on bookings."

The care and attention for my flight was great. The seats were not as comfortable.

We appreciated the friendly, efficient, and professional flight attendants. A wider selection of hot foods would be nice.

A three (3) hour flight should have meal service in First Class, not just potato chips!

Haven’t used United in a while. Was surprised with the free blanket and earphones. Service was great. Huge plane. 9/.row.

Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set

The incoming flight was delayed so boarding didn’t happen on time. Upon landing in Munich, we couldn't pull up to a gate so we had to disembark on the tarmac and be bussed to the main terminal. This caused a mad rush for me and others who were making connecting flights to get to our new gates, and my bag didn’t get over to the new plane in time.

The ground crew in Houston were not friendly. The security staff were very rude and reflected an attitude of superiority with rude remarks.

Crew was good. Check-in and boarding was terrible. Family wasn’t seated together. Online check-in wasn’t available.

The flight was bumpy. No Breakfast or coffee was served, not even a bottle of water. The food was okay but odd. Rice with peas instead of couscous with some unknown green thing. United Airlines did not tell me that there was VERY LIMITED HANDICAP SERVICE IN NAPLES. De-plane via 20 aluminum steps. Taken to Van. You must walk into the terminal, find luggage, and then walk out to the rental car pickup spot that is 1 block from the terminal.

Pot and crew did a tremendous job landing in Savannah in the middle of the tropical storm. !!
