At the boarding gate, Jeju airline accepted "carry on" bags for checking in for free due to the "limited cabin space". This is because most passengers were carrying multiple bags that exceed the size and weight limit for carry on items. Rather than inspecting carry-on bags at the counter and requiring excess bags to be checked in for a fee, they allowed freeloading at the boarding gate to to the detriment of those who paid the fee for checked bags. This is totally unfair.

No priority counter check in for families with young children.
The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.
We appreciated the friendly, efficient, and professional flight attendants. A wider selection of hot foods would be nice.
Comfortable as it can be for a basic economy seat. The TV screen on my 15 hour international flight went out after 1 hour or so and it never worked again. The food is very high in processed carbs and sugary items.
The crew and flight was amazing. I haven't flown United in years but plan to switch to you being my main airline
Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set
The incoming flight was delayed so boarding didn’t happen on time. Upon landing in Munich, we couldn't pull up to a gate so we had to disembark on the tarmac and be bussed to the main terminal. This caused a mad rush for me and others who were making connecting flights to get to our new gates, and my bag didn’t get over to the new plane in time.
The ground crew in Houston were not friendly. The security staff were very rude and reflected an attitude of superiority with rude remarks.
Pot and crew did a tremendous job landing in Savannah in the middle of the tropical storm. !!
We boarded and buckled and then deplaned due to no pilot. Had to wait over 3 hours for a new pilot. Not weather related, just poor management.
Staff did not care, and very clearly did not want to be serving passengers. Requests were ignored repeatedly. Toilets filthy. Bins were just trash bags hung around the place that were never emptied. It was a challenge to even get a glass of water on a 14 hour flight.
United cancelled the flight after a 2 hour delay. The only choice was a 24 hour delay which was then 3 hours delayed.
