Very old plane on the Istanbul to Bangkok flight, had an emergency exit isle row, no where to put anything, on a plus point loads of leg room. Food was the best I have had in 39 years of flying.

7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you

Pretty standard for long haul international flying. Food was fine, tv/movie selection was great, wifi did not work at all, crew was pleasant enough.

I have been flying Turkish Airlines for the last 5 years it’s always great service, on time , excellent food, only one thing wasn’t reliable is their on board WiFi most of the time it doesn’t work.

Plane was hot in our section of aircraft making it difficult to rest. We informed the staff but adjustments were not made. Seats were terribly uncomfortable- unlike the other long haul flights we have flown on Turkish Airlines. It seems both issues are due to plane being an older Airbus

Unfortunately internet was down and they couldn’t fix it in a time I needed it so urgent to stay in touch with work

Four of my family members was settled in a different seats. I paid extra $200 dollars for 4 seats just to be all together, but they settled us on separated seats. After a lots of time they put us 2 and 2. My kids are 9 and 13 . How i can leave them alone???

Lost long time boarding because of a system anticipation done and they took to long to rectify when travel avant told them .
