Fast boarding flight on time boarded plane back to front instead of stupid zone groups like US airlines do...

Horrible airline. Missed my baggage and don’t want to reimburse for the basis items. Pathetic customer service

Horrible. No good food. Baggage missed to onboard and came after a day. No support to compensate the delay. Customer care cannot see the status of the complaint. No reply of the email.

Food was hood for airline food with good poftion and variety in meals. Frequency of beverage service was very low and amount of soda with meals was inadequate.

Excellent service provided the flight crew. Food and drinks were very good.

Meal options for vegetarians can be provided… Nothing was offered for me for dinner.. crew just said no vegetarian option available and did even bother to provide any alternatives or something to eat.

I was really impressed with the experience it was my first trip overseas. Nice staff

Not enough food for everyone. . Always run out of food when we ask

It would be nice if they could have a choice of both gluten AND dairy free menu. Lots of people have problems with BOTH. I also could not get on their website to check. Phone verification issues etc( not all of us have our phones on roaming. I tried over an hour!
