Plane was hot in our section of aircraft making it difficult to rest. We informed the staff but adjustments were not made. Seats were terribly uncomfortable- unlike the other long haul flights we have flown on Turkish Airlines. It seems both issues are due to plane being an older Airbus

Unfortunately internet was down and they couldn’t fix it in a time I needed it so urgent to stay in touch with work
The first flight got delayed 1 hour and that made me miss my connection flight which made me arrive 6 hours later.
Check-in was a mess, transfer flights were sepersted so no one could sit with their company. Some tickets were closed to online check-in without notice hand luggage allowances were not checked so oberhead bins were already full halfway through boarding.
Temperature in plane in both segments was warm. Otherwise, great experience
First was canceled no compensation second day was delayed Worst airline I have ever seen
Boarding from Accra was chaotic and disorganized. Otherwise, it was a good flight with good food and customer service
Business class in Turkish airlines is like none other. They separate themselves and highly recommend it
Our seat were changed from Turkish Airlenes without offering us a better choice.We paid for those seats even it was Businesses Class. .The seats we were given was next to cabin crew closet.Crew kept opening the closet while we were sleeping.It was very noisy and we also we’re right to next to kitchen.It was very noisy. We want our money back. Food was horrible when we were flying from Newark to Istanbul. It is a shame for Airline to waste so much money on tastless food.
Crew was not proactive and were busy laughing and talking instead of attending the passenger’s needs. Meals were served in a hurried manner.
