Unlimited drinks and snacks on this long flight. Very courteous Korean staff !!!
I took several flights that day, this was the only flight that was absolutely freezing!! It was so cold.
The flight was at least 3 hours late with not much of an explanation other than connecting flight was late
Good. Obviously there is a slightly condescending attitude of all American workers towards their customers but other than that all good.
It was a great experience in all aspects including passengers are respectful to each other. I will consider to fly with Korean Air again in the future.

Absolutely horrible. The fight member crew or not very friendly and the food was horrible.
It would be better if flight crew can clearly communicate in english. But they are kind and accommodating. Food is good, especially the sandwiches on the self-serving snack trays. They are better than the ones served. Boarding was organized.
love the flight but the chairs are not comfortable mostly for smaller people
There was something that did not work on every fligjt. No water in business class washroom and inflight entertainment system did not work in business class.
I can't complain. Flying with Philippines airlines was the best choice. They are the best option in the Philippines.
Everything was great, except for the inflight entertainment, which wouldn't work on my Samsung Zflip. The flight was smooth despite the heavy rains exiting Tokyo. The cabin crew were very attentive and friendly. I had the pork katsudon, which was very tender and flavorful.
Expensive and yet uncomfortable. Was told by the crew to get back to us for the breakfast meal but never returned, my child was hungry
Flight left on time landed early, Crew was great , never an easy job. Bags arrived in a timely manner . Good job all in all.
Food was great. Hot meals. Entertainment- not so good. They only showed one tv filipino series with only 3 episodes for a 14 hour flight.
Ground and flight crew very courteous and professional. Seats are just ok. Entertainment could be upgraded with newer movies. Food was not good at all.
Food was satisfactory, movie monitor not working. Other than that on time and pleasant crew.
First and foremost it was a Philippine Airlines.my experiences ,number one non- stop flight no lay over not other airlines,number two ,boarding they calling by ground letter.number 3 stay on time no delay flight
