Efficient boarding, on time departure. Cabin crew all nice looking and well dressed, helpful. Plane interior looked modern and new, fresh condition.
I thought all the while when I booked my flight I am entitled to check- in 2 luggages of 23 Kg each only to find out that the ticket I purchased online entitle me for only one luggage. I have been traveling for over 20 years and this is the first experience to such… so frustrating.
I was pleasantly happy with this airline, which is new to me. The crew was attentive and the seats felt better than most other economy. There was plenty of bin space. Glad I got to pick the seat I had(based on distance from baby image on seat map).
Business Class is a luxury that can be quite addictive. The priority and VIP treatment is great. We found a new favorite airline for our travels.

Very new plane with premium economy seats reclining to 45 degrees, more than most other competitors. Staff service was excellent and friendly.
The boarding was organized and efficient. The crew was very thoughtful and did not wake me up when meals were served. I was totally exhausted after 2 weeks of vacation with a tour group. So sleep was more important to me. The crew just left me a sticker telling me that food had been served and if I woke up hungry to contact the crew. I did have the last meal scheduled on board. Food was very mediocre. The scrambled egg and minced meat were too salty. The porridge was passable. I was disappointed because I have high expectations of food from Taiwan. I thought EVA being a Taiwan based airline would have served its customers better tasting food.

The staff was marvelous. The entertainment options were terrible, old or 2nd rate movies. I was unable to entertain myself for 18 hours-it made it seem even longer. Note: I thought about upgrading but your information about what was included was unclear. Are the seats bigger? Are there current moves? What kind of food do you get? Would the upgrade compare to Delta? Just saying the upgrade is better didn’t convince me and I regret not flying Delta.
Crew's attitude can be better. I asked one crew member to help to put carry on baggage into overhead bin, but he was not willing to help. I needed help because my height is short. His attitude was bad.
Plane is new and I was upgraded to first class so all was great.
Only one Hindi movie from LA to Taipei and same movie from Taipei to Singapore Why we call it entertainment when I have to watch one movie for 18 hours flying ?
The flight from Taipei to LAX was the first time we encountered rudeness from the crew. From the gate agents to the in flight crew. We had received such wonderful service going to Bali and on our Bali to Taipei flight that it shocked us when the gate agent was rude and then the rudeness continued on the flight to LAX.
Overall great experience. All four members of my family were seated together without paying extra to reserve seats. Everything was on time. Food was great and healthy. Media entertainment was good. Rock music could be added as a listening choice. No issue with baggages. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. I would recommend EVA to friends and family.
• Crew obviously hate their job • We were placed in the very back of the airplane even though we checked in 4+hrs before our flight • We were given food but since we were in the back of the plane, we were rushed to throw it away. • This was the most unorganized boarding experience. They just called “Group 1” to board and after that, it was chaos. Everyone was confused and they only spoke in Chinese.
Boarding could have been a little bit better but other than that it was a pretty good experience. I think because of the stowaway to Paris France recently they are being extra diligent about boarding passes at the gate. But they boarded the back of the plane first, and that's something I really think needs to start in the USA.
Didn't like on this return inbound flights (from Hong Kong to Vancouver) Outbound to the Hong Kong was good.

Airline itself is great. While food was being taken off of my tray my beer spilled which was a total accident and I wasn’t upset about that, what was frustrating was I had to ask for towels to clean up and wipe my leg. It would have been left as is if I hadn’t.
Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.
Short lay over. Seat assignment was terrible. Was traveling as a family and end up being seated separately. Will not use underpricer ever again.
Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.
Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.
All of the staff were very helpful, polite I was very satisfied with China Airlines The food was normal for airlines but I’m sure they could do better

Everything was great, except for the inflight entertainment, which wouldn't work on my Samsung Zflip. The flight was smooth despite the heavy rains exiting Tokyo. The cabin crew were very attentive and friendly. I had the pork katsudon, which was very tender and flavorful.
Expensive and yet uncomfortable. Was told by the crew to get back to us for the breakfast meal but never returned, my child was hungry
Flight left on time landed early, Crew was great , never an easy job. Bags arrived in a timely manner . Good job all in all.
Food was great. Hot meals. Entertainment- not so good. They only showed one tv filipino series with only 3 episodes for a 14 hour flight.

First and foremost it was a Philippine Airlines.my experiences ,number one non- stop flight no lay over not other airlines,number two ,boarding they calling by ground letter.number 3 stay on time no delay flight
Worst airline. They had 3 security checks just to get onboard and no notification prior. Had to throw away any liquid bought at duty free because one of the security checks was prior to boarding the plane. My onboard media console was not working, the flight attendant said they will check on it but did nothing. Pretended we did not ask for it to be rectified for a 17hr plane ride. Horrible experience. My first and last time taking Philippines Airlines.
first time flying PAL/WAMOS, ang got to say, i’ve had much worst… the good: - front sitting is not too bad. legroom is pretty good considering economy standards. - staff is friendly and pleasant, starting with checkin, boarding and flight. not unforgettable, but pretty good. the bad: - boarding: stick with rules. besides priority sitting, when you say board from certain range of numbers (starting from back), make sure you let everyone know to stick with this… not with everyone letting in all at once! - food: had fish ad family members had beef. both are quite bad (saying this nicely). the fish is dry, whilest beef is rough as leather. both tasteless. - washrooms arr dirty! - seats, though good legroom, not much padding, hard on the backside! - entertainment: feature movie is the bachelor (circa 1999). no music offerings.
Bad experience... Flight schedule should be on time, ours was 2 hours delayed both ways ,Mla-Panglao-Mla. Priority lane for Seniors & PWD should be practice but our Panglao-Manila flight, both priority & regular lanes boarded the at the same time, the only difference is that we were coming on 2 different lanes. It depletes the purpose of priority lanes.
The flight was delayed by an hour . Traveling with 75 year old father was difficult and then when he asked for water he was asked to purchase :-) . Overall just an ok experience.
Overall service is good, the only thing I would like airasia to improve is there seating. Their seat handles are broken as well as the back rest
Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy
The flight was supposed to depart at 9:25. It departed at 9:00. Im glad we were early and did not miss it.
They wouldn't even allow us to bring water from the fountain on board the aircraft.
Premium seats should have legroom this one didn't have it. I had 2 free checked bag but I got charged for while it shows on my reservation

Over 6 hours delayed.. using philippine air fleet planes are beat up dirty and uncomfortable. Have been flying air asia for over 4 years from Manila to Tokyo and kansai as well as several local flights from Manila to Bacolod and Cebu.. 3 planes were down for maintenance and caused havoc.. need to invest in new fleet or seriously clean and upgrade the existing fleet. Will not be flying anymore until fixed. Several options out there now to choose from as air asia prices have skyrocketed.. no point in using them anymore . Severally upset passenger here. They can’t even manage the queuing of Zones for boarding as it’s a crab fest free for all now. No discipline and let the passengers in line to board just run into any lane possible.. and priority luggage?? Forget it I’ve paid for it for the last 6 flights and never got it first.. air asia has turned into a expensive joke.. use Cebu pacific or zip air now..
We had three flight delays before eventually taking off 3 hours late. Inflight service was very limited, but it was a relatively short flight. Luggage was delivered promptly.
