Food quality and the overall service of the staff and significantly decreased. The flight was delayed at the Istanbul airport and the passengers were kept onboard for more than 3 hours. The staff didn’t kept the passengers informed and everyone was upset.

Good food and wine. Some of the Guy who are in charge to board Passengers on the plane couldn’t use the word “Please” to direct them drop their hand luggage to be loaded on Plane bcos he said the inside storage may not have enough room for all.

Excellent service. Made United 's business class look like a cattle car

Seats were in disrepair. Seat back pockets were all broken. Seats recline very far, which is comfortable for occupant, but confining for person behind.

Boarding at Istanbul airport is pretty good. The seats on the A319 are easily the smallest and tightest I’ve ever flown. I’m 1,82m and knees firmly against seat in front of me, as upright in seat as I could get. Very uncomfortable

After boarding cabin was too hot AC didn’t work

Customer service is very bad. They don’t understand English or Arabic which made it very hard to communicate with them. Also when calling to discuss any issue with ticket reservation they hang the phone on you even when speaking to the manager. I will not fly Turkish airlines and I will not recommend to family and friends

Great airline with excellent service! Only drawback was the meat served was overcooked on both flights.

Boarding on time. Limited food and drinks options . Few Crew was rude and unconcerned. Entertainment system is old and barely any new contents.
