The flight starts at 7am from New Delhi, a supremely inconvenient time, especially, if you are coming from another smaller city. Please consider moving it to 4am or 5am.

The flight was delayed both legs of the journey. The seats were cramped.

Good service, the airline also provided a traveling kit bag (tooth brush, socks, slippers, visor for sleeping).

Food excellent Bathrooms improve cleanliness needed Staff fairly well attentive Entertainment fair Seats lie flat worked well

Did not expect no entetainment, food was ok. No alcohol on a. International flight

Everything was good ,except the entertainment screen froses for hall way

The flight and crew members was excellent. The food was nice too. Over all service and time is commendable.

You need to weight all bags together because we were 2 and we allowed 4 bags plus hand carry and personal items. We trying to saved bag like we put our stuff in 3 bags so we don’t have to carry more bags and airline also save space time less bags less work. We had only 1.6 kg over and we requested crew he said it’s airline policy that you need separate bag that’s ruined our mod and carry that suit in our hand in plastic bag he didn’t understand that we have less bags that make sense if we brought over luggage then it’s problem. I think if you guys change your policy and weight all together that will be good

The food was disgusting that only what i wanted to say

It was good. Turkish Airlines is one of the best airlines companies. I like a lot to travel with them
