I’ve always been impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets or, at least, its frequent monitoring, cleaning, and toiletry replacements. The in-flight service by flight attendants is superb.
I won't hesitate to fly with Korean Air again and agian....if I can get a good deal.
The flight attendants seemed to be a little more grumpy this time. A350s could use more toilet stalls.

They had the same movie choice as my previous flight, not much of a choice, movies were not up to date, music was uninteresting. Other than sitting on the ground for 40 minutes after boarding the plane, with pilot telling us that they couldn't load the plane because of rain, (bullshit) We finally got into Bangkok of course 40 minutes late.
Will try never to fly Delta international again. Flight delayed and staff completely inept in dealing with it. Would not communicate, rude, completely disorganized. Once we reached Seoul the staff there had no idea what to do with us and led us around the airport from one pointless line to another. They were clearly not told how to manage the situation even though they had hours to make a plan. Never again.
They texted me my gate number and then they texted me again it’s now boarding but in different gate, and the gate was so far from the gate they texted me earlier. I have to run just to get to my flight. They always do that.
The crew and my luggage was still pretty good after a long flight. They take good care of the luggage.
Really good! I like all the crew, they were so nice and very efficient.
Courteous and helpful employees. Comfortable seats and temperature of aircraft . Did not need squid in my salad but glad to have the menu information advising me of what it was

The plane was dirty, there was trash in the seat pocket in front of me.
Checking in was hard because we had to enter our middle name with our first name and wasn’t told to. The representative from underpricer investigated it and called me back. We were very appreciative for him.
Food was excellent, the crew was exceptionally friendly, and the seats were comfortable. Bathroom were also kept very clean and odor free.
They woke us up 2.5 hours before the flight was over? Why? If I'm on a long haul flight I want to sleep as much as possible. Also, didn't mention the mattress pads in business class so missed out on using those. The western meal of truffle, salmon pasta was the awful. Had a different fish dish on JAL that was great but that pasta was a mish-mash of too many random things that didn't make sense plus dry fish. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I loved Ryuichi Sakamoto's OPUS in the movie choice.
Too bad the plane didn't work after we taxied out to get in line for take-off. We went back to the gate and waited for almost 90 minutes for them to find a plane that worked. Waited another hour to board. When we got to Rochester we waited for over an hour for our bags to appear. The agent said they only had three people working to load and unload baggage. A one hour flight took an extra four hours. It would have been faster to rent a car at JFK and drive to Rochester.
Good legroom. Front seatback has best compartmentalization, netted pockets on sides of tv monitor for eyeglasses, water bottles etc. For Economy, best food across the Pacific. JAL doesn't skimp on quality to squeeze out more profit. No prepackaged items in plastic wrap. Cocktail service first with nibbles, Wine in your own 2 glass bottle. Later dinner service, more wine! Lastly, breakfast-lunch, more wine if you choose. Lastly, the friendliest most smiling crew across the Pacific.
I said the boarding was just par with other airlines, but I can't think of a way to improve it.
The entire crew was amazing. They went out of their way to make us enjoy a great travel experience.
Loved everything! This flight had premium economy and I didn't see an option to upgraded to premium economy OR buy premium economy tickets. How come?
Some Crew were distinguishably fake in their interactions with passengers.

They were very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I were sitted apart. We asked if we could be seated together were told flight ws fuly booked but would try. After a while they were able to make it work we got seats together. Their food is good and attendents are very friendly/helpful.
The crew were friendly, dressed professionally and helpful when needed. The food was good to very good. The seats were comfortable and entertainment selections were excellent. For that long of a flight Athens to Newark Economy is a little tight and the space became uncomfortable about mid-way. Next time I would try and get a Premium Economy seat. Especially for the return flight when one can be less enthused and tired. On the way to a vacation enthusiasm can outweigh discomfort.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The seats were very comfortable and spacious. The entertainment was amazing, and so was the food!
Excellent staff! Flights were delayed due to technical issues after everyone was boarded and we sat in the flight for almost 2 hours before taking off. Not enough vegetarian food was available despite pre-ordering. The staff did an exceptional job dealing with both the problems neither of their making.
Better entertainment; the lack of it made the very long flight even longer

Cathay has a great reputation, though it's baseline economy seating is nothing to write home about (and SE Asia flight passengers sometime lack 'routine stateside' etiquette). On the other hand, food was great, flight attendants were nice, and price was very good~
It would be nice if they could have a choice of both gluten AND dairy free menu. Lots of people have problems with BOTH. I also could not get on their website to check. Phone verification issues etc( not all of us have our phones on roaming. I tried over an hour!
Cathay was not the problem. The problem was the customer service from Kayak/Underprice. Will never book through Kayak again.
The crews were smiling all the time with soft tunes when they spoke; the food was excellent. Thank you!
They charged me $900 to board my flight I already paid for just because I missed my previous flight. I do not recommend this airline by any means.
Not good. Small seats. Not enough food that customers wanted. No special requests were given that i could see. Slow response from flight attendants
Mediocre. Nothing special. Bad airline food Never received the food I requested Slow response from ground staff concerning my wheelchair. I was left at a holding area and had to walk the distance to the gate. In Hong Kong
For a transpacific flight, flying economy is awful! The seats are cramped and its meant for petite folks! Good luck if you have long legs. BOARDING - AWFUL, we got to Hong Kong - the gate was listed, but upon arrival, there was a MESS of boarding procedures, they basically DIY'ed how to board but making three lines and putting three ground crew to check for passports in the terminal area. THEN to make it worse, after going through that cattle process, all of a sudden you see people standing and looking confused, apparently we were told to get in line to board, but the AV notification wasnt even working. So people started cramming in line - worse than cattle. One saving point, the flight crew forgot to serve me dinner and after waiting for it, I fell asleep since this was a midnight flight. After letting a crew know that I was forgotten, all of my meals were served first !!! Yay for being in the economy seats! Nothing much to write home about once more!
Do not overbook flights and kick out confirmed ticketed passengers :-(

Just happy I flew Qatar Airways awesome no wonder they are #1 in the world right now! The food was just delicious, very courteous, professional crew.
It was good no problems made it on time for the next flight overseas!
It was a really long flight from Doha to Philadelphia and it was overall a good one. The one area that I would comment on is that there is a lot of single-use plastic and disposables in the meal service for American Airlines. It would be great to see more circular options in the meal service to reduce the amount of waste.
Suddenly Flight has been change by Qatar and there’s no information is there of us from Bom to Doha and counter person is behaving like Qatar owner next I will not buy Qatar and I will not suggest anyone to fly in Qatar
The crew was fantastic and the over flight was perfect as well.
