There was no USB plug in my section of the plane. So I could not charge my phone. Also, there was no screen to watch movie or anything like that. Wish I had known that in advance, I would’ve brought my iPad.

The crew was outstanding. And the food was surprisingly good. The chicken and the pasta dish were both delicious and I was supposed with a pizza twist near Landing. We hit a lot of turbulence and the crew was calm and kind. Loved the TV in screen. Tons of new releases.

We appreciated the friendly, efficient, and professional flight attendants. A wider selection of hot foods would be nice.

Connection coordination with Star Alliance partner could be better. Lots of check in setup was not interlinked between operators.

Checked my bag despite paid the seat upgrade and there was plenty of space available in the overhead bin.

The incoming flight was delayed so boarding didn’t happen on time. Upon landing in Munich, we couldn't pull up to a gate so we had to disembark on the tarmac and be bussed to the main terminal. This caused a mad rush for me and others who were making connecting flights to get to our new gates, and my bag didn’t get over to the new plane in time.

The flight was excellent. The crew was great. The food offerings were very good.

Never happened, because of the first delayed flight I lost the connection and had to wait overnight and take two flights to reach my destination.

Bad, they delayed my flight, lost my connection flight had to stay overnight for the next flight and missed a lot of important meetings. 1 day totally lost!

Flight was delayed due to weather and clogged toilet. Had to deplane. Flight was 3 hours delayed. Crew was awesome and offered water and snacks.
