Boarding process is one of the worst i have ever seen. Poor planning and lack of experienced staff is vert apparent. Seat changes till the last minute was an added stress to the process.
A great airline, no complaints at all. My experience with Cheap Tickets was very disappointing however. Two hours after purchasing the flight they called to tell me that the ticket price had gone up. I’ve never heard of such a thing. That is called false advertising; I will never use this ticketing service again and will warn all friends to never use it.

Flight was delayed then we had to redirect for medical emergency during which time we had no information on what is the plan. The connecting flight was also delayed.
Horrible, they forgot our luggage, the food was terrible, the crew were rude, the flight was delayed, I hated every aspect of this flight
Plane was hot in our section of aircraft making it difficult to rest. We informed the staff but adjustments were not made. Seats were terribly uncomfortable- unlike the other long haul flights we have flown on Turkish Airlines. It seems both issues are due to plane being an older Airbus

Boarding on time. Limited food and drinks options . Few Crew was rude and unconcerned. Entertainment system is old and barely any new contents.
Love that they had a bassinet for our child during the flight. Thank you for that big time.
Lost long time boarding because of a system anticipation done and they took to long to rectify when travel avant told them .
