I like it when the plane have waited for passengers like us who are trying to catch the plane. Detroit was my mom's port of entry we spent too much time looking for our luggages at baggage claim which no problem. But then the problem occur after the immigration when the homeland security agents forgot to give us our passports which it took so long to find them and I was very anxious because we might not be able to catch our flights but luckily the plane to knoxville still sitting there and waiting for us. Praise the Lord for everything.

I took several flights that day, this was the only flight that was absolutely freezing!! It was so cold.
They changed aircrafts and they moved my seats that were already prepaid. I did not get the seats I paid for, so I got expensive seats that I didn't want

Thanks for fixing the title of this question... the flight was a DELTA one marketed as a Korean Air flight. Which automatically makes it worse. The crew were actually rude in several cases and clearly lacked cultural sensitivity to the majority of the passengers (Koreans). This flight was also a minor heart attack before it started. Firstly, I thought I was buying a flight from Kayak, but it turns out they just acted as a front for this other company, UnderPricer, which took almost 24 hours to send a proper confirmation of the flight. We could not select the seats at checkout time either. We later submitted our seat selection to Korean Air, who proceeded to mess up the instructions to Delta, so our family was separated on the flight and our aisle seat was replaced with another middle seat.
It was a comfortable flight and the flight crew were lovely!
I’ve always been impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets or, at least, its frequent monitoring, cleaning, and toiletry replacements. The in-flight service by flight attendants is superb.
I won't hesitate to fly with Korean Air again and agian....if I can get a good deal.
Glad you had Bibimbap which tasted much better than mesh potato or pasta.

The seats are significantly more comfortable than US airlines and the staff are much friendlier. The food is also much better, as they are particularly accommodating to any dietary restrictions.
Food was great, Entertainment was bad, movies were not current and just did not have good variety. Granted I was tired so cranky might have played into my evaluation. Overall based on cost I definitely would fly them again. I am a million mile flyer on another airline, the service on JAL really beats all airlines.
Could had been better if they include in their menu some western food.
They 7 seats in one row for Business class while most business class for other airlines are 4 seats in one row. the seat was narrow. the Toilet was so smell, dimming light, no water out of faucet. Terrible.
Difficult to access advanced check-in online. No way to understand why it wouldn’t work. Call center not answering. Email for answers took days to respond, Kind service at the airport and on the flight made up for disappointing service before flight.
Courteous and helpful employees. Comfortable seats and temperature of aircraft . Did not need squid in my salad but glad to have the menu information advising me of what it was
Everything was great, except the Wifi, but that's understandable.
The plane was dirty, there was trash in the seat pocket in front of me.
Food was excellent, the crew was exceptionally friendly, and the seats were comfortable. Bathroom were also kept very clean and odor free.
Good food, real silverware, polite staff, smooth landing, charging plugs, good entertainment options.
Loved that I had an exit row seat, and there was no one else in the row! And again, I don' use on-line entertainment at all (I read or sleep) but I very much appreciate that I didn't hear anyone else's entertainment!

They were very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I were sitted apart. We asked if we could be seated together were told flight ws fuly booked but would try. After a while they were able to make it work we got seats together. Their food is good and attendents are very friendly/helpful.
The crew were friendly, dressed professionally and helpful when needed. The food was good to very good. The seats were comfortable and entertainment selections were excellent. For that long of a flight Athens to Newark Economy is a little tight and the space became uncomfortable about mid-way. Next time I would try and get a Premium Economy seat. Especially for the return flight when one can be less enthused and tired. On the way to a vacation enthusiasm can outweigh discomfort.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The seats were very comfortable and spacious. The entertainment was amazing, and so was the food!
Excellent staff! Flights were delayed due to technical issues after everyone was boarded and we sat in the flight for almost 2 hours before taking off. Not enough vegetarian food was available despite pre-ordering. The staff did an exceptional job dealing with both the problems neither of their making.

I can't complain. Flying with Philippines airlines was the best choice. They are the best option in the Philippines.
Flight left and arrived on time. Preloading area in Manila could use some help. Area needs to be bigger to at least seat the passengers while waiting. Crew is great nonstop to MNL is a game changer.

Flight was delayed and caused us to miss our connection. American Airlines did nothing to compensate us and they lost 2 out of 4 of our checked baggage. They have not returned inquiries into customer service and have not offered us compensation. Terrible.
The PAL employee who assisted my minor children went above and beyond her job and our expectations! Sophia was kind, courteous and made sure my children were taken care of!
Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks
