Will try never to fly Delta international again. Flight delayed and staff completely inept in dealing with it. Would not communicate, rude, completely disorganized. Once we reached Seoul the staff there had no idea what to do with us and led us around the airport from one pointless line to another. They were clearly not told how to manage the situation even though they had hours to make a plan. Never again.

They texted me my gate number and then they texted me again it’s now boarding but in different gate, and the gate was so far from the gate they texted me earlier. I have to run just to get to my flight. They always do that.

The crew and my luggage was still pretty good after a long flight. They take good care of the luggage.

Really good! I like all the crew, they were so nice and very efficient.

Food tasted pretty good. Boarding was very smooth and efficient, compared to all other airlines I’ve been on. I have flown EVA, Cathay, Asiana, British Airways, and many USA brands. Cabin attendants were also efficient and professional.

On time departure and exceptional customer service during the entire flight.

My flight with Korean Air went quite well, I've flown with them for many years and have grown accustomed to their great service.

Not very comfortable seated in the back plane due to turbulence

We were seated at the back and that was very uncomfortable for me with the turbulence we experienced on our way to Chicago.

Plane is new and I was upgraded to first class so all was great.

The flight from Taipei to LAX was the first time we encountered rudeness from the crew. From the gate agents to the in flight crew. We had received such wonderful service going to Bali and on our Bali to Taipei flight that it shocked us when the gate agent was rude and then the rudeness continued on the flight to LAX.

Overall great experience. All four members of my family were seated together without paying extra to reserve seats. Everything was on time. Food was great and healthy. Media entertainment was good. Rock music could be added as a listening choice. No issue with baggages. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. I would recommend EVA to friends and family.

As a senior traveller it’s difficult to be seated all the way at the back

I was expecting that movie selection and food would have been better. Everything else was great.

The type of the food requested (Asian vegetarian) was not properly met with. They have very limited snack items that may compensate for the main meals.

The flight was ok. The person who brings tea and coffee totally forgot about us or just walked past at both meals. And special attention is given if you are Taiwanese

Domestic flight, 1hr 20mins from SFO to LAX, which takes about probably 40-30mins on air.

Easy if you are a United States Citizen, when you go to US Border & Customs, bring your Passport if you arrive Internationally. Remember to pick up your check baggage before moving into domestic flights, as they will check the tag for the plane you are boarding in. (They will check your baggage again). Bring your ID/DL (Real-ID COMPLIANT) with you to pass security/TSA, passport works too. SFO is pretty strict as well as LAX. Domestic flight, 1hr 20mins from SFO to LAX, which takes about probably 40-30mins on air.

The seats are too small for international flights. I felt like cattle.

At Fukuoka, check in counter stuff was no experience , took long time and took out our preserved sheets to change to emergency exit seats without asking. The flight was late and we missed the flight to go back to SF. My luggage was broken. I had a terrible experience.

Boarding was quick and efficient. The food was very good and they had pictures showing you what options there were to avoid misunderstandings.

As my first experience in business class it was a great trip considering how long the flight is and how hard it usually is to sleep in economy

Crew was professional. Never enough leg room for 12 hour overnight flight.

The cabin temperature is warmer than I expected and there’s no other way for me to control the temperature. It’s centrally controlled so it’s consistent for everybody. There’s no air flow that I could direct to me if I’m hot. I also noticed people wearing sleeveless shirt. I’m not the only one who noticed that the temp is warm. In a crowded plane, temp should be a little colder, not warm. People can use sweater or use blankets. When it’s warm, there’s no other way to cool down. All 3 ANA planes that I’ve had this trip were all the same. It’s warm. It gets a little claustrophobic if there’s no air flowing or the temp is warm

ANA was wonderful just needed to upgrade the food and the entertainment.

Traveling with family should be sitted together. On our connecting flight we were all scattered.

bag dropped took over an hour. there was only one agent behind the counter. Definitely need improvements on food! crews were very pleasant n helpful

everything was great except for the plane itself looking worn out.

It was great, but the wifi service was very hard to pay and I barely could use it during my trip. The seats are also a bit tough for tall people (economy area). Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

The airline was very clean, and the crew very kind and thoughtful.

Service is excellent - crew all so respectful and friendly. Airline comfortable - lots of legroom even in economy. Food was great even came with ice cream!

Great easy And smooth check in boarding and flight. Great experience. The allergen free meal was good because I could eat, but flavor and texture left a bit to be desired.

Just a little puddle jumper from Los Angeles to Vegas. Not much can be said, I had to go ask for some water.

WiFi inflight was not working. Then they told everyone they had no beef for the steak option. So that left just sea food and snacks. So all I ate for the 11 hour flight, was an ice cream sundae. Gave out Casper mattress pads, which are always so nice.

The flight attendant were great. But the plane felt old and incredibly outdated. The seat in business class was old and not much padding left. The walls were filthy from years of use.

Management of serious allergens despite advance notice. Did not know ingredients contained in their own food. Went as far as to have parents try to ‘take a look at the food’ to ‘see if it was Ok’ since they did not know ingredients. Will inevitably have a passenger with a severe incident if they do not train better.

Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.

The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍

Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.

All of the staff were very helpful, polite I was very satisfied with China Airlines The food was normal for airlines but I’m sure they could do better

I would have liked to know how to order a special meal (for medical purposes) before the flight.

The flight who provided services on my row had some not-nice attitude and not smiling at all.

Comfort was left wanting due to such a long flight, made the wife and I wish we could upgrade the seats to Business class or First Class, but did not have that option. Food was good but had very limited options and I have a dietary restriction which was difficult for the staff to accommodate since everything provided came with cheese on it. (Cheese could potentially kill me) Did not have an option to inform the staff until we were already in the air about the restriction and was not provided another option before flight departed.

Decent flight, staff was very good, especially with the turbulence during the flight due to weather. Comfort was about par with other airlines but since it was a quick flight, was not much of an issue for us.
