The flight was delayed so the people from a late connecting flight was able to still make the connection.
It was 4 hours late. Almost missed my connecting flight no food or drinks on connecting flight. Overall terrible experience
Long wait before take off without an update for 20 minutes. Flight was good otherwise.
Flight was on time, crew were excellent. For some reason our originally selected seats were changed. We had to re-choose our seats when we checked in online and options were limited. One of our two checked bags we placed on the wrong carousel. It was only be shear luck that I saw it. That cost us 20 minutes of wasted time. So much for the “priority” tags. They are meaningless, and have been ever since they were implemented. I wish you would do the save some money and stop using them.
I found that it seems that the space for personal bags or luggage is not enough( the cabinets for personal bags or luggage over the seats) .
The plane used to go to Chicago was a bit outdated and needed a refresh

We boarded and buckled and then deplaned due to no pilot. Had to wait over 3 hours for a new pilot. Not weather related, just poor management.
Shout out to the check in counter staff in Richmond. So pleasant and helpful with ticketing and seat selection.
Two hour flight delay, it was awful and loss of sleep.
