Boarding was easy. RDU gates can get crowded, be prepared to be patient. Flight was smooth, with excellent service. Pilots really provided a lot of visibility into flight details. Plane and seats were clean and serviceable. TY!

Horrible; seating was atrocious - inadequate leg room and seat width tight even for a small individual. Profits shouldn’t be everything!

Late out of the gate, late to takeoff. No screens on plane. Uncomfortable window seat.

Really solid flight! The in-flight entertainment screens are not very touch-responsive in the way that of other airlines’ are, which was my only issue. But otherwise we had good food and drink offerings and the flight attendants were very welcoming.

The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.

The Frankfurt airport is just not that easy to get around. Having to get from one end of the airport to the other when it was not well marked was a challenge. The flight itself was fine. I would fly with United again.
