they have cancell the flight for no reasons and 24 hours my parents were in the Airport they did not give them any hotel any food, I hate Turkish Airline.

Their weakness is in boarding. Business class rarely boards first and there are no announcements explaining delays, so customers are always left waiting and wondering why boarding has paused.

Horrible, they forgot our luggage, the food was terrible, the crew were rude, the flight was delayed, I hated every aspect of this flight

Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. The internet was not working during the 10 hour. This situation was known by the cabin crew before the flight. If so, information should be given to passangers. Some people should work during the flight.
