A fairly standard 2/2 configuration. Boeing 787-9 is modern but the amenities chosen by Turkish for their seats are slightly limited - no in-seat charging, for example. Otherwise, a good flight.

A fairly standard 2/2 configuration. Boeing 787-9 is modern but the amenities chosen by Turkish for their seats are slightly limited - no in-seat charging, for example. Otherwise, a good flight.

The fully flat bed in business class on the 777 is a little narrow, and the 2-3-2 configuration is now dated, but otherwise a comfortable and pleasant flight. It’s hard to beat the value too.

The WiFi setup on the plane is needlessly cumbersome. Simplify the interface and login.

7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you

Terrible boarding experience, with an incomprehensible assignment of priorities. “Fast track” was the slowest. Poor system planning.

Everything needs improvement. Old plane, bad interior, business class seats don't function easily / properly, food is awful, chicken / fish were tough & hard, couldn't eat. Avoid Turkish Airlines.

Cross Atlantic flight terrible aircraft TK10 on the way back : Old configuration tacky . The boarding in Istanbul at the gate fly TK686 was a mess unorganized , very rude ground staff . Overall never again

Pretty standard for long haul international flying. Food was fine, tv/movie selection was great, wifi did not work at all, crew was pleasant enough.

Seats were in disrepair. Seat back pockets were all broken. Seats recline very far, which is comfortable for occupant, but confining for person behind.

Very bad from ISTACC leg of flight specifically the seats. These seats are for economy not for Business class. I suppose when flying to a third world country you can fly any craft and no one questions it. I was very disappointed for that leg of the flight. This needs to change.
