More organised boarding process. It was a circus. Otherwise absolutely top class flight

POOR CREW BEHAVIOR. RESTRICTIONS ON FOOD. FEELS LIKE ECONOMY CLASS.

Everything was good up until getting off the plane. Riyadh simply cannot handle an A380. Exiting the plane on a remote stand was extremely slow and frustrating, then waiting for buses for transport back to the terminal is another disaster. Give me the 777 any day.

Plane was old and seats uncomfortable but staff were friendly and helpful

Vegetarian food was unpalatable! Definitely need to look into this. The crew were prompt and helpful and the flight as one would want was uneventful. It was a comfortable flight, with new aircraft more legroom and seating space. Would recommend travel with Emirates to others as well.

Different rules going from Dubai to Ahmedabad vs going from Ahmedabad to Dubai Horrible, only 1 baggage was allowed to carry on and no personal bag, i had to put personal bag inside carry on

My last few flights with Emirates have always been delayed at least a half an hour. When my layover is only an hour and a half to two hours, 30 minutes makes a big difference. I’m going to check out other airlines.

Much better this time than our previous. We had Been thinking we wouldn’t fly with emirates again. I have a wheat allergy so request a gluten free meal. The meals provided in the past have been mostly inedible. So dry and hard and tasteless. I see what my husband gets given with a packed tray with treats and mine is uninviting and awful. I actually was hangry with little food and not able to eat and enjoy what was given to me 😡 This last flight was an improvement. The first meal was edible tho no treats, why can’t a chocolate be given like on the regular trays. I realise you are trying to make the gluten free a dairy free and probably vegetarian one at the same time to save you dollars tho it’s shocking to receive. The snack sandwich given was much better and edible, not hard and dry as previous trips. The final meal received, Breakfast had more variety and treats on it, thank you for that. At last.!!

Flights were both delayed. No luggage on arrival for the whole plane and no contact since submitting a PIR.

Turkish Airlines apparently no longer gives you 2 checked bags allowance on international flights, so that pleasure cost me $165 for my second suitcase at the airport. On top of that, they damaged that very suitcase, which happens to be a designer one and part of a set - ripped one of the four wheels right off.

I have been flying Turkish Airlines for the last 5 years it’s always great service, on time , excellent food, only one thing wasn’t reliable is their on board WiFi most of the time it doesn’t work.

Very bad from ISTACC leg of flight specifically the seats. These seats are for economy not for Business class. I suppose when flying to a third world country you can fly any craft and no one questions it. I was very disappointed for that leg of the flight. This needs to change.

Definitely not a fan of Turkish Airlines, their seats are very uncomfortable. Felt very cramped up. Food was very poor in quality too, very little to drink during service.

Check-in was a mess, transfer flights were sepersted so no one could sit with their company. Some tickets were closed to online check-in without notice hand luggage allowances were not checked so oberhead bins were already full halfway through boarding.

Very good, it took a little too long for the food to come out on a service that left after midnight but everything was great.

Lost long time boarding because of a system anticipation done and they took to long to rectify when travel avant told them .

Very bad I have traveled to about 70 countries. And this is one of the worst airline with the bad customer service. As a family We purchased our seating tickets 8 D, 8 E, and 8 F but when we board we got switched to 10 A, 10 B and C without early acknowledgment. The seat back doesn’t even go back because the back row is the emergency row. We didn’t like it at all because we actually pay for the seats we want then the manager Melih came and say either we take the new seat or get off the plane. What a bad customer service. He was saying things that are not even legitimate. Due to the seat back unable to be push back we had to go to other seats in the far back and be separated. Very bad experience with this airline and will not want to take it again.

My experience with Turkish Airlines was extremely disappointing. I was denied boarding for my flight from Istanbul to Miami because they closed the gate 30 minutes before departure, even though I was present and ready to board. This arbitrary rule forced me to book an alternative flight, not even to Miami but to Atlanta, costing me $1,342.92. Upon arrival in Atlanta, there were no connecting flights to Miami available through Turkish Airlines, so I had to purchase an additional ticket with Southwest Airlines for $270.98. In total, I had to spend $1,613.90 on new flights. As a result, my total travel time extended to 35.5 hours. The flight was overbooked, and implementing such arbitrary rules allows Turkish Airlines to exclude passengers without compensating them, compelling them to purchase new tickets to reach their destination. This practice is unacceptable, and I plan to report it to the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate regulatory authorities.
