Did not even get on board. Was told I needed an esta agreement. Was not aware of this when I booked the fare and not told about them
Plane was was better than th YVR to ORD flight but was a fraction of the distance. Fly your better planes on longer distance flights.
Cabin crew was very friendly, requests were satisfied promptly and cheerfully, and the cabin was reasonably clean when I boarded. The United lounges at Newark and Heathrow are always well-run and comfortable, especially Newark. I look forward to the new lounge that will be part of the rebuild of Terminal 2 at Heathrow.
Flight was 3 1/2 hour delayed with no credit or meal vouchers

I am not an electronic savy. I don't know how to maneuver the APPS for services. Why can't I just buy food without the apps.
The Frankfurt airport is just not that easy to get around. Having to get from one end of the airport to the other when it was not well marked was a challenge. The flight itself was fine. I would fly with United again.
Crew was good. Check-in and boarding was terrible. Family wasn’t seated together. Online check-in wasn’t available.
Never happened, because of the first delayed flight I lost the connection and had to wait overnight and take two flights to reach my destination.
Flying to anchorage would have been cool but the weather got in the way
