Cons: "My connecting flight going to CGY from MNL August 24th was really depressing - took very long on the runway, assuming it's due to runway traffic? BUT, don't they know these problem occurs almost daily? then my luggage wasn't on my flight? had to stay 1night in hotel which PAL should've pay for."

Cons: "30 min delay due to Manila airport constraints. Is there any plan to actually finish the construction of Manila airport? Seems like my whole adult life the reconstruction is still going on and on. Probably my grandchildren will see the finish but I lost hope."

Extremely inconvenienced at the Holiday Inn Hotel, where PAL bused us early morning b/c plane was grounded. Waited too long to check into hotel room until PAL resolved payment issue. Departed SF next day."

Upgrade their seats. They’ve got 20-year-old business class seats in their 777s. The food choices. On the way to Manila and the way back I thought we’re lousy compared to other carriers. The staff was fantastic and very happy.
Continual rescheduling of flights, inflight entertainment system did not work, staff not pleasant to interact with.
So far pal express is much better than Cebu pacific in terms of customers service and in flight crew. And on time departure and arrival . Especially if you're taking airbus 320 plane . But the small aircraft like bombardier . It usually delayed .
We did booked shorter layovers but flights changed and layovers are too long good thing Philippine Airlines give us a hotel in manila but here Vancouver to Calgary too long layovers and there is enough sets to wait closer to air canada and they will open 4am.we were here 1 am .our flights schedule for air canada 8:10am.we paid expensive flights but not happy of lay over Vancouver to Calgary.
Biz class is way below what other airlines offer. The food was mediocre at best. A WiFi was intermittent and movies were dated. Honestly the best part of the trip was that the Mabuhay lounge in SFO was closed and they gave us pass to Air France lounge. My advise, fill up there before boarding plane.
Not a pleasant experience from the start of booking first flight all the way through to the actually flight. Only saving grace is the food.
No power on an 11 hour flight? What a joke. Crew did not come by enough to get trash or offer water.
Checking in was okay but boarding a little bit slow
There is a problem with the sound while watching movie or listening to the music ( the sound is static & goes on and off). Aside from the sound, the experience was good & stewardesses are nice.
Not leave 12 hours late. This airline is horrible always late does not refund upgrades for cancelled flights inept counter staff.. needs to be shutdown
My flight got canceled and I nearly missed my connecting flight to el nido because of this . So I had to get up at 4am to catch a ferry to cebu and travel 7 hours to the airport I am not happy at all

Cons: "The connecting flight was cancelled and the ground staff in Seoul airport had no clue how to help all the stranded passengers. We were sent back and fort to transfer desk and immigration then at the booking counter at the departure level. The cancellation was not handled properly and Asiana staff had no clue what to do. For a big airline company like Asiana, we expected more. In the end, we were left to tend to ourselves and staff at the transfer desk were useless. Never experience this with any other airline."

Cons: "Because they over booked our flight and had weight restrictions due to winds, they off boarded everyone’s checked in luggage. They say they would have it delivered to our hotel or our final destination depending on if we were staying in Manila or traveling on a connection. No one answers at any of their numbers. Hours later and still no word on my luggage where abouts."

Pros: "Never had the chance. Becoz I miscalculated the date. I needed a June 2nd Depart MLA to LGP. I tried to get @ least half the price and so I can rebooked my flight but the CEBGO Airline says the ticket."
Cons: "since I miscalculated the date of the trip, my bad, CEBGO could have been @ least given me half the price and so I can pay to rebook another ticket. I am sure even I missed the fhat flight, they able to SELL that opening seat and EARN something. The CEBGO gate agents didn't do anything about it."
Cons: "The cebu pacific airline was not organized. Flight delayed and missed connecting flight because of it."
