Comfort and customer service from most if the crew was great. The crew reassigning passengers should consider the presence of infants when reassigning seats. Unfortunately a couple of oversized passengers were relocated next to us, making this segment a bit uncomfortable, as there was not only extra leg space required. I ended up swapping seats with my husband so our baby wouldn't be impacted. My husband travelled quite uncomfortable as the reassigned neighbour shoulder and arm ended up on my husband's seat

Emirates is always a pleasure to travel on. From the spectacular First and Business Class configurations of your big A380 and 777, to the Bar Lounge to, of course, your impecable on board flight attendance and their iconic uniform, now also even available for young girls. All the destinations that Emirates offers makes it an airline of choice many a time.
The entire crew went above and beyond. This was our first flight with our 3 month old, and they were accommodating and friendly. The crew is attentive and marks a HIGE difference to the regular runs with Avianca and LATAM.

The American/Hollywood movies in the entertainment system lack english subtitles, they tend to have only arabic subtitles. Coupled with the low quality airplane earphones and cabin noise, it sometimes is difficult to follow the movie dialogues.
Qatar Airways did a very good job. Flights were slightly delayed with boarding but pilots made up time by arrival. The food was OK, no better or worse than other airlines. Although it would be nice to have three meals during 16 hours flight instead of two.
I recently travelled with Qatar Airways from Doha to Dulles in the QSuite, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The QSuite truly feels like a First-Class experience, with its luxurious design, privacy, and comfort. The cabin crew, especially the lady in charge of the cabin, was remarkable—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. While the in-flight experience was outstanding, I have a few points of feedback. Firstly, the content available in the in-flight entertainment system could be expanded and upgraded to include a more diverse and updated collection. I purchased Qatar airways after seeing ads about its service. To my surprise Qatar is marketing gimmick and horrible airlines which I don’t recommend to anyone Flight was dirty including flight from Miami to Doha And Doha airport restrooms are dirty On top of this they use this pathetic cheap indigo From Doha to Hyderabad which I will never fly Also they lost one of my baggage in Indigo and still waiting to receive it. I will never travel Qatar and will never recommend
The food is not good and also if you ask crew to bring something they say ok I will bring but you will never get it. Please they should listen good to passengers
Seating is terrible, having seats so crammed is unacceptable for a 15-hour journey. I cannot stress enough how uncomfortable it is to sit in such an aircraft. Leg space is roomier in a domestic aircraft. I have not experienced this kind of crammy seating in domestic flights either in the US or other international airlines overseas.
Aircraft was spacious compared to American Airlines, food was great, entertainment was much better with a wide variety of options, and the crew was very polite.
The rows of seats in economy class are seriously close to one another making eating and resting just about impossible - there is hardly any legroom. Anyone larger than average size would have an incredibly uncomfortable flight. I had to basically share my seat with the lady passenger next to me as she was too big to fit into her allotted seat.

Apart from chaotic boarding - which I totally understand was outside the control of gate staff. It was comfortable mid haul flight. Well done to cabin crew for their patience and hospitality with largely elderly passengers returning from pilgrimage.

Overall a great experience, no movies were available. Bags were delivered a bit late. Seat controls were not working well. I couldn't make my bed fully flat.

I think the staff was short. Being Vegan, I ordered a custom meal. The meal was not provided both two ways. I assume they forgot. They were short on staff. It was taking for ever to provide service. people were getting restless.
Very poor show. Flight got delayed due to fog in Lahore. This is understandable. However, no arrangements were made for nany hours, once some things was organised, there was no leadership, no support to families with children's, disabled passengers. Took to hotel where it took 3 hours to sort out room allocation, that after finding partner to a minimum of 4 people. Couples were asked to find another couple before room is allocated. After 2 5 Hours of reaching room,return journey started with total chaos, no leadership at airport. Several derours to finally get new boarding passes. Asking the reason why flight was cancelled, the Saudi airline staff recommended using other Airlines in future.Finally boarding nobody inside the aeroplane helping old, illiterate to find their allocated sears. Sort out luggage storage. All the staff stayed in their kitchen areas to let passengers sort out. In-flight service wad good. Overall very poor experience.

Economy seats are better than most other international airlines. Crew is nice, food is halal and pretty good. Seatback tv selection is ok, not great. Wifi is poor and crazy expensive, "free" messaging lasts 15 minutes and capped at 3mb, full flight plans are $50 USD and still very tightly data capped.

After paying for seats, I was cramped, my daughters legs kept hitting the seat in front, I had no overhead bin space and no help from stewards on board, the food was served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and never received any, the flight was cold with no temperature controls. we were delayed from Athens to Abu Dhabi by an hour and a half, so I had trouble connecting the flight from there to Bali. It could have been done had they waited even 15 mins. There was another lady who was in the same boat. By the time we were half way across the terminal, they have actually already issued different flights for us to go Jakarta then to Bali. Not to mention the inconvenience of waiting over 4 hrs at the airport and the subsequent inconvenience, we did not arrive to Bali till after 800pm the next day, which means I paid for the hotel for nothing when I could have been there before noon the next day! There was little explanation. It was just as well I needed some assistance getting around, otherwise the 2 of us would have been completely lost! Not going to fly with them again!
The flight take time was changed 23 times. The system kept sending messages it will be earlier at 4am and eventually the flight was at 9am I didn’t sleep all night because of that

Everything about our return trip from Colombo to Manchester was excellent. Staff were brilliant all flights. Return flights on time and all staff were brilliant. The outbound journey however was marred by cancellation of Man to Bahrain flight. No information or staff assistance. Customer Service none existent. Told to make own arrangements by none interested or understanding telephone staff who said to make own hotel arrangements and be reimbursed. CS refused to reimburse hotel or lost lounge booking or taxi fees.
The boarding was late. The check-in board said boarding closed but the boarding hadn't even started. I have spine issue but not eligible for wheelchair since I can walk. But we were taken to a plane with stairs to climb. I requested support with the handcarry and was told that I shouldn't have booked this flight without wheelchair. Instead this information should be public if this plane has sky bridge or stairs. The infotainment system did not work either. And the plane was very loud with very less legroom in economy.

From the start of the check-in process, the associate was unprofessional and claimed that my ticket was incorrect, attributing the issue to Gulf Air. Had to discuss more than 15 min regarding wheelchair they gave only at the start location. No food serv in 1 st flight. Considering flight started at 10:00 pm so had to starve for dinner. Checkin screw was polite. Food in 2 nd and 3 rd flights was not good. It was too cold in the flights. Had to ask for blankets. Missed quality all thru, though the fare was on higher side
