Starlux is a great choice for long haul flights. It offers excellent foods and entertainment value. Ground staff are courteous, effective and efficient handing check-ins and understand travelers concerns. Flight attendants are equally great. They're full of positive attitudes and their goal is for traveler's getting destination with comfort and respect. Highly recommended.
Efficient boarding, on time departure. Cabin crew all nice looking and well dressed, helpful. Plane interior looked modern and new, fresh condition.
I thought all the while when I booked my flight I am entitled to check- in 2 luggages of 23 Kg each only to find out that the ticket I purchased online entitle me for only one luggage. I have been traveling for over 20 years and this is the first experience to such… so frustrating.
I was pleasantly happy with this airline, which is new to me. The crew was attentive and the seats felt better than most other economy. There was plenty of bin space. Glad I got to pick the seat I had(based on distance from baby image on seat map).
Business Class is a luxury that can be quite addictive. The priority and VIP treatment is great. We found a new favorite airline for our travels.

I was sleep when they brought the food. They had put a note on my seat. There was no food when I asked for food later. There was just one main meal served in this 14 hours flight. They offered me sandwich with ham which I don’t eat since I am pescatarian. Long story short I had to wait to get to TPE to get something to eat. I am extremely disappointed from the service. I have been flying EVA since I was 1 year old. Perhaps no more EVA for me. Seems EVA glorious day is long gone

The app was awful. No accurate info. Paying for internet is a negative (Delta is free). The crew was very nice for the most part although you are not guaranteed to get good service. Some crew would ignore requests for things as simple as a cup of water if you were sleeping when the first serving was made. Food was great. Male crew member was exceptionally kind and responsive.
It was a good flight. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.
The employees were professional and efficient. I consider myself a traveler but have trouble with the international fare served on airplanes. I admit Americans buy their food in the supermarket and we typically don’t eat the ligaments and cartilage. I know that is whiny but as I age, I dislike it more. At least things weren’t covered in cheese. The desserts are terrible! My neighbor didn’t eat her bread so I asked if I could have it. First time for everything but had been traveling a total of 27 hours and was hungry.
The night flight was only 2/3 full, which is always a plus. Room to stretch out for sleeping. Gracious stewardesses, attentive, and slim/attractive (which is rare these days). Good food, and curtesy wine.with meals. Comfortable seats and decent leg room (economy class)

Only one Hindi movie from LAvto Taipei and same movie from Taipei to Singapore Really horrible and we call it entertainment???
Food was ok. Could have been better. Entertainment was limited, especially for kids.
I wish the app was more user friendly. I wanted to upgrade my seats, but could not from the app. The gate agent said you can only upgrade from the website.

I did not take the flight, tried to cancel it right after I booked it, but was unable to reach anyone. I blame Kayak for this situation because they sent the booking through another company and I was unable to get anyone to talk to me about the situation. I had to just take the hit and pay for another flight through Cathay Pacific, which was wonderful. I will never use Kayak again. (I bet they don’t post this review!) I’ll just post about them on social media sites. I don’t want anyone to have to go through the hassle and expense I dealt with.
Airline itself is great. While food was being taken off of my tray my beer spilled which was a total accident and I wasn’t upset about that, what was frustrating was I had to ask for towels to clean up and wipe my leg. It would have been left as is if I hadn’t.
Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.
The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍

Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.

Overall, it was ok. However, the food was very sub-par.
The economy seats are much indeed roomier. Meals needs improvement.

Horrible. No good food. Baggage missed to onboard and came after a day. No support to compensate the delay. Customer care cannot see the status of the complaint. No reply of the email.
Food was hood for airline food with good poftion and variety in meals. Frequency of beverage service was very low and amount of soda with meals was inadequate.

There was something that did not work on every fligjt. No water in business class washroom and inflight entertainment system did not work in business class.
I can't complain. Flying with Philippines airlines was the best choice. They are the best option in the Philippines.
Everything was great, except for the inflight entertainment, which wouldn't work on my Samsung Zflip. The flight was smooth despite the heavy rains exiting Tokyo. The cabin crew were very attentive and friendly. I had the pork katsudon, which was very tender and flavorful.
