Seemed like a cramped A321 config. Roasting hot cabin most of the flight. Wifi did not work. Lots of first time fliers, I think, who didn't know how to follow a seat assignment.

I have been flying Turkish Airlines for the last 5 years it’s always great service, on time , excellent food, only one thing wasn’t reliable is their on board WiFi most of the time it doesn’t work.
Better than other airlines but still not at the top with other airlines that you pay the same price and services and customer service are much more well performed with care and attention to the customer. Still a long way to go. Some of the flight attendants are speaking English like they translate direct from Turkish. They need to improve the customer service for a global travel.
Lost long time boarding because of a system anticipation done and they took to long to rectify when travel avant told them .
Amazing, great airlines to go in business class. Hospitality is amazing. Food is great and lounge in Istanbul is at another level.
Food was horrible and not suitable the world famous Turkish cuisine and hospitality.
Awful. They cancelled my seats and demanded $1360 to rebook me
The crew was amazing. Super polite and welcoming. Excellent communication and service.
The plane is very small according to distance flight . Seat not comfortable according to the class of business class realy very bad ..
Very disorganised check-in and boarding. We won't fly with them again
