Worst experience I have ever had with any airline in over 25 years.
I have a Peanut Allergy and the Steward staff were very accommodating in ensuring my safety as my allergy is life threatening. Very professional and so vested in their profession.
The flight was delayed for 30 mins. The overall experience was good.
Overall, it was ok. However, the food was very sub-par.
Baggage delayed for 2 days and still chasing for reimbursement of basis items. Very horrible customer care service.

Horrible. No good food. Baggage missed to onboard and came after a day. No support to compensate the delay. Customer care cannot see the status of the complaint. No reply of the email.

Cathay has a great reputation, though it's baseline economy seating is nothing to write home about (and SE Asia flight passengers sometime lack 'routine stateside' etiquette). On the other hand, food was great, flight attendants were nice, and price was very good~
I was really impressed with the experience it was my first trip overseas. Nice staff
No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

flight cancelled.. booked through orbitz, yet orbitz won't handle refunds.. never use them again..
It arrived 18 minutes early. Attendant are good. For baording , they should improve especially carrying thru bus.

Boarding had us in a tunnel with no AC for 15 minutes. Not planned well. And you have to pay for water, get at airport
Kind of worried due to typhoon but yeah we can't do about nature thing. So okay naman kudos to all crews and pilots for the safe landing.

I was memorable! THIS FLIGHT WAS ALL ABOUT WAITING! WAITING TO BOARD SINCE FLIGHT WAS DELAYED. WAITING IN THE RUNWAYS NO AVAILABLE PARKING BAY. FOR THE LAST TIME WAITING FOR FOOD COMPENSATION
