Unlimited drinks and snacks on this long flight. Very courteous Korean staff !!!
I like it when the plane have waited for passengers like us who are trying to catch the plane. Detroit was my mom's port of entry we spent too much time looking for our luggages at baggage claim which no problem. But then the problem occur after the immigration when the homeland security agents forgot to give us our passports which it took so long to find them and I was very anxious because we might not be able to catch our flights but luckily the plane to knoxville still sitting there and waiting for us. Praise the Lord for everything.
I took several flights that day, this was the only flight that was absolutely freezing!! It was so cold.
Good. Obviously there is a slightly condescending attitude of all American workers towards their customers but other than that all good.
I’ve always been impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets or, at least, its frequent monitoring, cleaning, and toiletry replacements. The in-flight service by flight attendants is superb.
Absolutely horrible. The fight member crew or not very friendly and the food was horrible.
It would be better if flight crew can clearly communicate in english. But they are kind and accommodating. Food is good, especially the sandwiches on the self-serving snack trays. They are better than the ones served. Boarding was organized.
So far one of the good one , whenever I go to Korea , I always use Korean airline .
They had the same movie choice as my previous flight, not much of a choice, movies were not up to date, music was uninteresting. Other than sitting on the ground for 40 minutes after boarding the plane, with pilot telling us that they couldn't load the plane because of rain, (bullshit) We finally got into Bangkok of course 40 minutes late.
They could have had more up to date movies/better choice of music.
