It was a great experience in all aspects including passengers are respectful to each other. I will consider to fly with Korean Air again in the future.
I’ve always been impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets or, at least, its frequent monitoring, cleaning, and toiletry replacements. The in-flight service by flight attendants is superb.
Glad you had Bibimbap which tasted much better than mesh potato or pasta.
Excellent service, love the extra amenities (water bottles, blankets, etc.).
It was horrible. The flight crew was unfriendly and the food was absolutely horrible.
It would be better if flight crew can clearly communicate in english. But they are kind and accommodating. Food is good, especially the sandwiches on the self-serving snack trays. They are better than the ones served. Boarding was organized.
So far one of the good one , whenever I go to Korea , I always use Korean airline .
They could have had more up to date movies/better choice of music.
Terrible experience will never fly Delta again. Delayed flight with total disorganization and inept crew who wouldn’t communicate.
Will try never to fly Delta international again. Flight delayed and staff completely inept in dealing with it. Would not communicate, rude, completely disorganized. Once we reached Seoul the staff there had no idea what to do with us and led us around the airport from one pointless line to another. They were clearly not told how to manage the situation even though they had hours to make a plan. Never again.
Boarding could have been a little bit better but other than that it was a pretty good experience. I think because of the stowaway to Paris France recently they are being extra diligent about boarding passes at the gate. But they boarded the back of the plane first, and that's something I really think needs to start in the USA.
Didn't like on this return inbound flights (from Hong Kong to Vancouver) Outbound to the Hong Kong was good.

I did not take the flight, tried to cancel it right after I booked it, but was unable to reach anyone. I blame Kayak for this situation because they sent the booking through another company and I was unable to get anyone to talk to me about the situation. I had to just take the hit and pay for another flight through Cathay Pacific, which was wonderful. I will never use Kayak again. (I bet they don’t post this review!) I’ll just post about them on social media sites. I don’t want anyone to have to go through the hassle and expense I dealt with.
Airline itself is great. While food was being taken off of my tray my beer spilled which was a total accident and I wasn’t upset about that, what was frustrating was I had to ask for towels to clean up and wipe my leg. It would have been left as is if I hadn’t.
The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍
Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.
Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.
All of the staff were very helpful, polite I was very satisfied with China Airlines The food was normal for airlines but I’m sure they could do better

Food was hood for airline food with good poftion and variety in meals. Frequency of beverage service was very low and amount of soda with meals was inadequate.

Meal options for vegetarians can be provided… Nothing was offered for me for dinner.. crew just said no vegetarian option available and did even bother to provide any alternatives or something to eat.
Cathay has a great reputation, though it's baseline economy seating is nothing to write home about (and SE Asia flight passengers sometime lack 'routine stateside' etiquette). On the other hand, food was great, flight attendants were nice, and price was very good~

How badly can you screw up baggage claim? We were told to go to baggage claim too for our bags from this flight. Another flights bags were there. They finished up. More bags from a different flight arrived. Our bags did not Finally the baggage claim belt stopped working and and are flight was still listed on the arrivals for that baggage claim 2. And then nothing It turns out that they had been delivered not only the United baggage claim but far away on a Delta baggage claim No I never told us. It was only the people looking around who had been on the flight But I’m sure there was plenty of time for the employees to raffle through the bags and steal whatever they wanted

Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.
Poor and identical to the first two legs, except for the crew who were patient, professional and of pleasant and jovial disposition!
The entertainment would not work. The comfort of the seats leaves something to be desired, pretty uncomfortable.
My flight was completely full. Making me very stressful with people walking around all the time. I believe airlines can do better for entertain people during the flight.
Flight was delayed then we had to redirect for medical emergency during which time we had no information on what is the plan. The connecting flight was also delayed.

7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Terrible boarding process, no proper line maintained even for business class, crews are not very attentive, business class food quality / variety / quantity have gone down, everything has become cheap.
Check in was not available online. It was super long line to check in
I did not have a good experience from the first point of contact to the check in person to boarding and the comfort of the seats. I would not travel on Turkish again. I will let my family and friends know about my experience which was not a pleasant one.
Food quality and the overall service of the staff and significantly decreased. The flight was delayed at the Istanbul airport and the passengers were kept onboard for more than 3 hours. The staff didn’t kept the passengers informed and everyone was upset.
Cross Atlantic flight terrible aircraft TK10 on the way back : Old configuration tacky . The boarding in Istanbul at the gate fly TK686 was a mess unorganized , very rude ground staff . Overall never again
The food served was frozen salad and hummus. The hot meal was fine. Crew was doing bare minimum
