Did not expect no entetainment, food was ok. No alcohol on a. International flight

The food served was frozen salad and hummus. The hot meal was fine. Crew was doing bare minimum

Very poor service. Not friendly and special food ordered but not served

Connection was a headache due to a delay on arrival flight

Amazing, great airlines to go in business class. Hospitality is amazing. Food is great and lounge in Istanbul is at another level.

Flight crew was very nice and we had a direct flight, which was great. My seat was very cramped, despite paying for the seats. The food was terrible and the check in process was a bit chaotic.

I ended up paying $170 Euros for luggage for a 4 hour flight. Ridiculous. On top of the delay.

Overnight flight in the old style Business class, but still very good.

This aircraft is not up to standard - old Airbus with terrible chairs and entertainment system for business class!
