Amazing!!! It really is good! The seats do go back far to relax so if you don’t like the person to go back, just adjust and go back and everyone goes back to settle and be comfy. Enjoy few free drinks and the little amenities they provide.
This Airline is really good! Better than Eva air for sure and more luxury. I really liked all the small details and amenities plus it really is free alcohol!

Starlux is a great choice for long haul flights. It offers excellent foods and entertainment value. Ground staff are courteous, effective and efficient handing check-ins and understand travelers concerns. Flight attendants are equally great. They're full of positive attitudes and their goal is for traveler's getting destination with comfort and respect. Highly recommended.
Efficient boarding, on time departure. Cabin crew all nice looking and well dressed, helpful. Plane interior looked modern and new, fresh condition.
I thought all the while when I booked my flight I am entitled to check- in 2 luggages of 23 Kg each only to find out that the ticket I purchased online entitle me for only one luggage. I have been traveling for over 20 years and this is the first experience to such… so frustrating.
I was pleasantly happy with this airline, which is new to me. The crew was attentive and the seats felt better than most other economy. There was plenty of bin space. Glad I got to pick the seat I had(based on distance from baby image on seat map).
Business Class is a luxury that can be quite addictive. The priority and VIP treatment is great. We found a new favorite airline for our travels.

Clean plane, friendly crew, mostly on-time departure. Negativo since there were no snacks offered. Cold drinks only was fine due to turbulence, but nothing to eat? Really?
I was sleep when they brought the food. They had put a note on my seat. There was no food when I asked for food later. There was just one main meal served in this 14 hours flight. They offered me sandwich with ham which I don’t eat since I am pescatarian. Long story short I had to wait to get to TPE to get something to eat. I am extremely disappointed from the service. I have been flying EVA since I was 1 year old. Perhaps no more EVA for me. Seems EVA glorious day is long gone
The food is quite mediocre. I had spaghetti and the tomato based sauce was quite salty and there were no other flavors, no spices used in the sauce.

Except for crying babies all was ok although the movie selection wasn't the best.
The app was awful. No accurate info. Paying for internet is a negative (Delta is free). The crew was very nice for the most part although you are not guaranteed to get good service. Some crew would ignore requests for things as simple as a cup of water if you were sleeping when the first serving was made. Food was great. Male crew member was exceptionally kind and responsive.
EVA air was nice. It was the first time I’ve flown with them. The poor entertainment choices for 2 long flights will make me think about choosing them next time. I didn’t know if would effect me so much but I couldn’t sleep and it added to the stress. The food was terrible for me but I couldn’t find how to inform them about my diet when I bought my ticket.
I think the business class service has declined as compared to how it was years ago. I am not a fan of the hello kitty graphics. Boarding was long and not well organized. The lounge in Taipei was not very good, the food was very poor. Did not live up to many international business class lounges.
Boarding was good. It will be nice to have beer anytime. I asked for a beer at tea time & I was refused. Quite disappointed

Flight left and arrived on time. Preloading area in Manila could use some help. Area needs to be bigger to at least seat the passengers while waiting. Crew is great nonstop to MNL is a game changer.

Great ride! arrived safe and sound. Everything was great altho its still uncomfortable seats too small space to pass through in.
Not much legroom in economy seats and aisle. Bathrooms are not maintained well. Staff can be friendlier. Food is barely edible.
The PAL employee who assisted my minor children went above and beyond her job and our expectations! Sophia was kind, courteous and made sure my children were taken care of!
Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks
