Unlimited drinks and snacks on this long flight. Very courteous Korean staff !!!
I took several flights that day, this was the only flight that was absolutely freezing!! It was so cold.
The flight was at least 3 hours late with not much of an explanation other than connecting flight was late
Thanks for fixing the title of this question... the flight was a DELTA one marketed as a Korean Air flight. Which automatically makes it worse. The crew were actually rude in several cases and clearly lacked cultural sensitivity to the majority of the passengers (Koreans). This flight was also a minor heart attack before it started. Firstly, I thought I was buying a flight from Kayak, but it turns out they just acted as a front for this other company, UnderPricer, which took almost 24 hours to send a proper confirmation of the flight. We could not select the seats at checkout time either. We later submitted our seat selection to Korean Air, who proceeded to mess up the instructions to Delta, so our family was separated on the flight and our aisle seat was replaced with another middle seat.
It was a great experience in all aspects including passengers are respectful to each other. I will consider to fly with Korean Air again in the future.
I’ve always been impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets or, at least, its frequent monitoring, cleaning, and toiletry replacements. The in-flight service by flight attendants is superb.
Glad you had Bibimbap which tasted much better than mesh potato or pasta.
The flight attendants seemed to be a little more grumpy this time. A350s could use more toilet stalls.

I would like to commend the staff from this flight. They all looked happy and I can tell they love what they are doing and constantly smiling while serving the passengers. Special mention to the guy FA in our section. I did not get his name but he is so far the best F.A I have ever encountered!
Boarding could have been a little bit better but other than that it was a pretty good experience. I think because of the stowaway to Paris France recently they are being extra diligent about boarding passes at the gate. But they boarded the back of the plane first, and that's something I really think needs to start in the USA.
Didn't like on this return inbound flights (from Hong Kong to Vancouver) Outbound to the Hong Kong was good.
I was ordered vegetarian food, but didn't services to me :(
I did not take the flight, tried to cancel it right after I booked it, but was unable to reach anyone. I blame Kayak for this situation because they sent the booking through another company and I was unable to get anyone to talk to me about the situation. I had to just take the hit and pay for another flight through Cathay Pacific, which was wonderful. I will never use Kayak again. (I bet they don’t post this review!) I’ll just post about them on social media sites. I don’t want anyone to have to go through the hassle and expense I dealt with.
Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.
The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍
Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.
Everything was efficient. Good leg room. Food was good. Staff were friendly.
I would have liked to know how to order a special meal (for medical purposes) before the flight.

Horrible. No good food. Baggage missed to onboard and came after a day. No support to compensate the delay. Customer care cannot see the status of the complaint. No reply of the email.
Cathay has a great reputation, though it's baseline economy seating is nothing to write home about (and SE Asia flight passengers sometime lack 'routine stateside' etiquette). On the other hand, food was great, flight attendants were nice, and price was very good~

There was something that did not work on every fligjt. No water in business class washroom and inflight entertainment system did not work in business class.
I can't complain. Flying with Philippines airlines was the best choice. They are the best option in the Philippines.
Flight left and arrived on time. Preloading area in Manila could use some help. Area needs to be bigger to at least seat the passengers while waiting. Crew is great nonstop to MNL is a game changer.
Everything was great, except for the inflight entertainment, which wouldn't work on my Samsung Zflip. The flight was smooth despite the heavy rains exiting Tokyo. The cabin crew were very attentive and friendly. I had the pork katsudon, which was very tender and flavorful.
Expensive and yet uncomfortable. Was told by the crew to get back to us for the breakfast meal but never returned, my child was hungry
Ground and flight crew very courteous and professional. Seats are just ok. Entertainment could be upgraded with newer movies. Food was not good at all.
Flight was delayed and caused us to miss our connection. American Airlines did nothing to compensate us and they lost 2 out of 4 of our checked baggage. They have not returned inquiries into customer service and have not offered us compensation. Terrible.
Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks
The entertainment system is a mess. Told us to connect to mypal wifi to access movies ! BUT never told us you need to download another app to watch a movie.
Overall, a good experience. The crew were not as friendly/helpful on my flight from Toronto to Nashville, but they were nice enough. I asked for a coffee about 45 min before landing, the flight attendant acted put out at the request.. apparently, they forgot about it and when I asked again they said it was too late. It was the only thing I asked for on the flight. Needless to say, it bugged me.
The seats really could do with some extra padding. The staff member who checked me in at Calgary was amazing. Friendly and lovely.
Seats small for international flights, food not good, bathrooms bad, small isles to carry along. For small local flights it’s okay. Emirates had big seats for flight between Dubai to Karachi
Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .
The trip from booking to execution was great! The plane from YVR to YYC had LCD panels for entertainment which was great, but the return flight from YYC to YVR did not have them. Oh well--it was a short flight. Food was a pretty minor "token" snack, but hey--it was a short flight. It could have been skipped entirely and I would have rated the flight well.
They were so kind and helpful and they even brought an item of mine that I forgot on the plane!!

The way in which the zones are lines up causes confusion the sign says zone 1, zone 2, zone 3-6. All the people in zones 3-6 line up and then the zones are called individually this causes confusion and there must be a better way to do this, other than that the flight crew, the plane and everything else was perfect.
Terrible. Frequent last minute flight cancellations with terrible rebooking options!
