Amazing!!! It really is good! The seats do go back far to relax so if you don’t like the person to go back, just adjust and go back and everyone goes back to settle and be comfy. Enjoy few free drinks and the little amenities they provide.
This Airline is really good! Better than Eva air for sure and more luxury. I really liked all the small details and amenities plus it really is free alcohol!

Starlux is a great choice for long haul flights. It offers excellent foods and entertainment value. Ground staff are courteous, effective and efficient handing check-ins and understand travelers concerns. Flight attendants are equally great. They're full of positive attitudes and their goal is for traveler's getting destination with comfort and respect. Highly recommended.
Efficient boarding, on time departure. Cabin crew all nice looking and well dressed, helpful. Plane interior looked modern and new, fresh condition.
I thought all the while when I booked my flight I am entitled to check- in 2 luggages of 23 Kg each only to find out that the ticket I purchased online entitle me for only one luggage. I have been traveling for over 20 years and this is the first experience to such… so frustrating.
I was pleasantly happy with this airline, which is new to me. The crew was attentive and the seats felt better than most other economy. There was plenty of bin space. Glad I got to pick the seat I had(based on distance from baby image on seat map).
Business Class is a luxury that can be quite addictive. The priority and VIP treatment is great. We found a new favorite airline for our travels.

Excellent food. Good service. Crammed Premium Economy seats. I Asked to change seats during check in. They told me the flight was fully booked. But on board I saw empty seats where I could have been easily relocated.

The staff was marvelous. The entertainment options were terrible, old or 2nd rate movies. I was unable to entertain myself for 18 hours-it made it seem even longer. Note: I thought about upgrading but your information about what was included was unclear. Are the seats bigger? Are there current moves? What kind of food do you get? Would the upgrade compare to Delta? Just saying the upgrade is better didn’t convince me and I regret not flying Delta.
Crew's attitude can be better. I asked one crew member to help to put carry on baggage into overhead bin, but he was not willing to help. I needed help because my height is short. His attitude was bad.
Boarding was good. It will be nice to have beer anytime. I asked for a beer at tea time & I was refused. Quite disappointed
The night flight was only 2/3 full, which is always a plus. Room to stretch out for sleeping. Gracious stewardesses, attentive, and slim/attractive (which is rare these days). Good food, and curtesy wine.with meals. Comfortable seats and decent leg room (economy class)
Only one Hindi movie from LA to Taipei and same movie from Taipei to Singapore Why we call it entertainment when I have to watch one movie for 18 hours flying ?
Overall great experience. All four members of my family were seated together without paying extra to reserve seats. Everything was on time. Food was great and healthy. Media entertainment was good. Rock music could be added as a listening choice. No issue with baggages. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. I would recommend EVA to friends and family.
As a senior traveller it’s difficult to be seated all the way at the back

It arrived 18 minutes early. Attendant are good. For baording , they should improve especially carrying thru bus.

Boarding had us in a tunnel with no AC for 15 minutes. Not planned well. And you have to pay for water, get at airport

Finishes were quite worn, including our very scratched up seatback. No entertainment available, and the WiFi (even for “ScootHub”) was very slow. Crew were somewhat friendly.

Not a frequent user of their website booking. Booked my check-in baggage and only realized that I did not book my check in baggage for return flight. The receipt was not clear in identifying that as well. Was charged exorbitantly at check in counter. Bad taste for sure when it is a business trip and not leisure trip. Baggage was delayed for more than an hour at belt back in SG.
Boarding took forever. It's also weird that we paid more (for preferred seats) to get on the plane last. Inflight WiFi never worked the entire trip. I want my money back.
The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..
WiFi didn’t work on both sectors so made killing time harder - planes clean modern and good flight crew - would do again if WiFi works
6hrs fly they dont give you a glass of water from seoul to singapore need to buy drink and food plus they charge for bag on international fly is always Free 1 bag from seoul to singapore is Not a local fly you are traveling true asia same story from singapore to Bali no water drink after payment for bag drink cost more the regular airline Well never use this company again we use regular company like Delta korea japan China and even scoot parent company Singapore Air
We had 2 attempts to land at Singapore Changing during a thunderstorm. Everything was delayed by 1 hour plus.
Boarding was not accordingly after front seat, bmf then back seat. This delayed for at least 40mins or more. The staff at Jakarta can do better. Is chaos at the entry to board the plane. This tarnished Scoot reputation when everyone was talking about it.
The crew was not customer oriented at all, even confrontational . The aircraft needs more attention to detail as far as comfort, and the 1 hour sitting at the gate with no air is inexcusable
