The flight to GES MNL sucks, there was no entertainment. There was no footrest. So the business class seat was not comfortable.
The staff was wonderful. Really took good care of me. The food was not my favorite.
love the flight but the chairs are not comfortable mostly for smaller people
There was something that did not work on every fligjt. No water in business class washroom and inflight entertainment system did not work in business class.
I can't complain. Flying with Philippines airlines was the best choice. They are the best option in the Philippines.
Flight left and arrived on time. Preloading area in Manila could use some help. Area needs to be bigger to at least seat the passengers while waiting. Crew is great nonstop to MNL is a game changer.
Everything was great, except for the inflight entertainment, which wouldn't work on my Samsung Zflip. The flight was smooth despite the heavy rains exiting Tokyo. The cabin crew were very attentive and friendly. I had the pork katsudon, which was very tender and flavorful.
Expensive and yet uncomfortable. Was told by the crew to get back to us for the breakfast meal but never returned, my child was hungry
Flight left on time landed early, Crew was great , never an easy job. Bags arrived in a timely manner . Good job all in all.
Food was great. Hot meals. Entertainment- not so good. They only showed one tv filipino series with only 3 episodes for a 14 hour flight.
flight cancelled.. booked through orbitz, yet orbitz won't handle refunds.. never use them again..
It arrived 18 minutes early. Attendant are good. For baording , they should improve especially carrying thru bus.

Boarding had us in a tunnel with no AC for 15 minutes. Not planned well. And you have to pay for water, get at airport
Kind of worried due to typhoon but yeah we can't do about nature thing. So okay naman kudos to all crews and pilots for the safe landing.

Can buy food instead of online order. Maybe limit the meal so no waste.
