Pros:The location is right on the beach, close to the airport. Good views from the ocean facing rooms. We were on the 16th floor and it was great. Lots of restaurants nearby and within the hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Great housekeeping staff, very friendly and helpful
Cons:Sand fleas...a tiny bug that bites like a mosquito/bed bug. They were all over in our room. This was before we had even stepped on the beach, so they were there before we came and stayed with us till the end. We had to apply bug repellent to sleep and not be bitten. No activities by the hotel. They charge a resort fees but it feels more like a traditional hotel rather than a resort. Tiny bathrooms No easy access to clothes dryer, c'mon you are on the beach.

Pros:Had to spend one extra day in PR after vacation elsewhere, and we randomly picked the IH. We were pleasantly surprised. They let us do early check-in 4 hours before the regular time. The room was very comfortable for all 4 of us, and the beds were super comfortable. The facilities were also great, beautiful pools and of course a nice beach. Will be back for a longer stay next time.
Cons:It's not inexpensive, but still a good value.
