Pros:
First of all I’m so upset with kayak booking. I’ve never had an issue before until this trip. I booked my car rental October 22nd for our trip in November and when I get to Culiacán, I find this Alamo car rental has been closed since March due to Covid. So they call another Alamo spot just outside of the airport to pick us up for them to say “I don’t have a reservation” I show them My reservations confirmation and they tell me that since the place I booked is closed they can’t honor my rate. So they charge me 3 times the amount to get a car. I’m in a foreign country I have no way to fight it, no one to talk to. So I’m stuck paying the high price for the rental. Kayak failed my family on my trip.Cons:
There should be better communication with rental companies because of Covid. This was a very unpleasant experience for my family and I. This could of been avoided. I felt so betrayed by kayak and so ripped off my Alamo in Mexico.5.6 Fair

The car rental office was not far from the airport. They offered free shuttle to the office.Cons:
We ended up paying roughly $400 more on top of the original amount because Insurance was MANDATORY. When we reserved the car online it gave us the option but no where did it say you had to have it. That was frustrating since we were not counting on this extra expense but we needed the car rental.2.0 Poor

Nothing about this experience was enjoyable from the time I landed, I was informed there was only a 15 passenger van that couldn't be rented.Cons:
EVERYTHING, I was told to come the following morning to pick up the vehicle that was reserved however the associates at the counter were more interested in eating their breakfast rather than helping me. When I showed the associate at the counter my confirmation e-mail she called a lot attendant and quickly said, "I can't help you." I am EXTREMELY disappointed at the customer service of the rental staff, as this completely RUINED my trip. Will NEVER use or recommend this service to anyone travelling to this airport.2.0 Poor

pretty much the entire experience. They gave us a car that looked like it was a working vehicle. I asked for a suv got a pick up truck. they charged me the same price as if i had gotten what i asked for. when i returned the car and asked for some sort of compensation for the mistake they said they couldnt help me because the manager wasnt in. i tried calling for a month and a half to try to figure something out but their manager was LITERALLY never there. Finally got someone to help me, my total for a little over $1,000 and all they are going to give us back is $120 something dollars back. Literal BS!Enterprise Rent-A-Car
