Starlux is a great choice for long haul flights. It offers excellent foods and entertainment value. Ground staff are courteous, effective and efficient handing check-ins and understand travelers concerns. Flight attendants are equally great. They're full of positive attitudes and their goal is for traveler's getting destination with comfort and respect. Highly recommended.
Efficient boarding, on time departure. Cabin crew all nice looking and well dressed, helpful. Plane interior looked modern and new, fresh condition.
I thought all the while when I booked my flight I am entitled to check- in 2 luggages of 23 Kg each only to find out that the ticket I purchased online entitle me for only one luggage. I have been traveling for over 20 years and this is the first experience to such… so frustrating.
I was pleasantly happy with this airline, which is new to me. The crew was attentive and the seats felt better than most other economy. There was plenty of bin space. Glad I got to pick the seat I had(based on distance from baby image on seat map).
Business Class is a luxury that can be quite addictive. The priority and VIP treatment is great. We found a new favorite airline for our travels.

I was sleep when they brought the food. They had put a note on my seat. There was no food when I asked for food later. There was just one main meal served in this 14 hours flight. They offered me sandwich with ham which I don’t eat since I am pescatarian. Long story short I had to wait to get to TPE to get something to eat. I am extremely disappointed from the service. I have been flying EVA since I was 1 year old. Perhaps no more EVA for me. Seems EVA glorious day is long gone

The app was awful. No accurate info. Paying for internet is a negative (Delta is free). The crew was very nice for the most part although you are not guaranteed to get good service. Some crew would ignore requests for things as simple as a cup of water if you were sleeping when the first serving was made. Food was great. Male crew member was exceptionally kind and responsive.
It was a good flight. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.
The employees were professional and efficient. I consider myself a traveler but have trouble with the international fare served on airplanes. I admit Americans buy their food in the supermarket and we typically don’t eat the ligaments and cartilage. I know that is whiny but as I age, I dislike it more. At least things weren’t covered in cheese. The desserts are terrible! My neighbor didn’t eat her bread so I asked if I could have it. First time for everything but had been traveling a total of 27 hours and was hungry.
The night flight was only 2/3 full, which is always a plus. Room to stretch out for sleeping. Gracious stewardesses, attentive, and slim/attractive (which is rare these days). Good food, and curtesy wine.with meals. Comfortable seats and decent leg room (economy class)

Only one Hindi movie from LAvto Taipei and same movie from Taipei to Singapore Really horrible and we call it entertainment???
Food was ok. Could have been better. Entertainment was limited, especially for kids.
The crew was very helpful. Food was prepared with great care and tasted wonderful. Movie selection was a bit limited. The bedding on the seat is a little too thin for sleeping.
For the most part, it was an enjoyable experience. It's the 2nd half of the journey was a bit uncomfortable. It was on a noticable smaller plane compared to the previous one.
Only process that my luggage didn’t make it to my destination because of short connection but I understand

The staffs are very accomodating!!! The foods are good!!! The entertainment from manila to incheon was miserable because we need to use our own cellphones or own ipads.
Check in agent very rude, no greeting “Hi” or “ Thank you. Doesn’t direct where to go for gate info. In flight crew staff not friendly. Very disappointed ☹️
My favorite airline to fly across the Pacific. The Business class lounge is fantastic, the wonderful flight attendants are helpful and professional. Great comfort while flying.
