Pros:The flight got me to MCO on time and was very inexpensive.
Cons:Flight was overcrowded with very poor Covid safety procedures. I recently flew, the same route on Delta and felt much better about cleanliness, empty middle seats, masks, etc.

The flight was delayed and I missed my connection by just a few minutes despite having been just one gate over. Extremely maddening, especially when they didn't wait for several of us passengers in the same position who had no other flight options to New York that day.

On time flight. Smooth boarding and smooth flight. I paid a little extra to sit up front but really enjoyed the extra leg room. Would flySun Country again.

JFK-MSP
Well my connecting flight was initially delayed 2 hours. Then it became a 21 hour delay. When I woke up the next morning the flight was then delayed another hour. I ended up missing a day and a half of training due to this. When asked if there was any way I could be transferred to a different flight I was told no because it was under a 24 hour delay. I will not fly with this airline again.

A flight attendant appeared to not be in a good mood that served us; felt she was being short. Overhead announcements were very loud compared to other airlines and the message was not friendly and was a little confusing. This flight was particularly over all was not satisfying compared to previous Sun Country flights.
