Cons:Still baffled they don’t have magnifying mirrors for make up application available on site! With a carry on bag, you can’t really bring one in your luggage, so you would hope the hotel you’re staying at would have such a necessity! Needless to say, I had to apply my make up unable to really see what I was doing, so I’m pretty sure I must have looked like a clown! Lol Great first impression I’m must have caused at the job interview I was attending!

Pros:Staff was great. Front desk in particular was really good. Room was also very clean.
Cons:Mattresses need to be replaced. They were horrible. Staff in the breakfast area needs to be more friendly and interactive.

Pros:Close to airport with free shuttle every half hour
Cons:Booked a king size bed with whirlpool. I didn't read the fine print that said if available which meant I didn't get the whirlpool.

Pros:Staff was friendly and responsive. Room seemed clean.
Cons:Staff gave wrong information about the hotel's shuttle. After waiting for more than 45 min for a shuttle that I was told would be 15 min., I ended up having to waste time and $$ to pay for an Uber driver. No complimentary breakfast.

Pros:The staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was really convenient to downtown SF(18 minutes away), and with an amazing view! Hotel room was clean and comfy! It was definitely worth it for the price paid.
Cons:There was no complimentary breakfast, had to pay for it. But otherwise everything was great!

Pros:Convenient location from airport or to downtown San Francisco. Excellent conveniences such as a business center, workout room, laundry facilities, and accessible room availability. They had multiple areas for business travelers to sit and work. They have their own restaurant on site so dinner and a full breakfast was offered at a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed when I received an email to confirm our reservation and it offered me other things that I might need, for example extra towels, blankets and even a quiet room. The only reason I didn't 5 star the hotel was because the beds were definitely full size and not queen and they were very soft and a bit lumpy. Additionally, their pillows were also very mushy and not firm enough to support your neck. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay.
Cons:Full size beds instead of queen, soft lumpy beds and mushy pillows that were not firm enough to support neck.
