9.7 Wonderful
Pros:Every staff member that I came into contact with had an amazing attitude! They were very helpful and positive! My experience was excellent.
Cons:Honestly anything that could have been improved has to do with timing of a pandemic, and I think would have been completely on point otherwise. The staff here is excellent.

Pros:The property and grounds are beautiful. The hospitality staff in the restaurant are first-rate.
Cons:We reserved a "king" room for a 3-night stay. After a full day of traveling we arrived at the property after midnight and entered a room with twin beds and a baby crib! There were exactly 3 hangars in our closet. On the final night we were awakened at 4 a.m. by water dripping from the ceiling (where the crib had been!). I moved the furniture and put waste baskets to collect the water. Upon checkout, we were offered a free breakfast for our inconvenience. Really???
