Pros:Location
Cons:Hotel is in process of being torn down but this was not disclosed upon booking. Beach was unusable in front of hotel from construction, no heat in rooms (30’s at night), fridge didn’t work, toilet ran all night, room was not kept up well, hotel 99% empty & yet we were given a parking deck view. Should have disclosed they were under contraction. No room service bc of Covid already a negative but all this was too much. So sad. Horrible Christmas stay.

Pros:Location was amazing, staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean, and there are many amenities for a wonderful family vacation. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Cons:The room smelled musty upon arrival. The curtain over door hem falling out. Cracked wallpaper in 2 locations.

Pros:Our view of the gulf was amazing. The staff was very friendly. Carly, the bartender, was amazing. Loved that there was a shuttle provided for St. Armand's Circle. Needs some updating but my sister and I will hopefully be back next year.

Cons:i stayed in room 147 that whole wing ac was done. They did not even bring us a fan for the room. This was are first time there and this place was very under comfortable with no ac in the room. they did not even tell us this when we checked in. We had to ear about it from other quest and they told us the office said they could do nothing about it. they did not even offer us to stay in there other hotel that was down the street.

Pros:Great Staff/ Customer Service. Location was perfect! HUGE BEACH! Great value for the money. Will be back soon! Victoria at the Front Desk was very helpful in giving us advice on things to do/places to visit, she made our trip!

Pros:Location was great, staff was great across the board. My room was 50 steps from the included beach chairs and umbrella set up by a attentive staff every morning. If your looking for a relaxing low stress beach vacation with the emphasis on your feet in the sand this is the place. I don't think the price can be beat. Ohh and the complimentary bikes that will get you to st Armand's in min was a huge bonus when it came to shopping and dinning! I don't think you can beat the value in this resort at a low price point!
Cons:Wish there was a high top table on the lani to open up the beautiful ocean view for morning coffee!

Cons:The room smelled moldy. Lacking counter space in the bathroom. Sink and tub looked dirty...seems permanently worn and stained. Horrible. They even painted the chrome tub drain with white paint rather than replacing it. Really bad. Will not return unless they remodel. For the price we paid, it was a complete joke. The staff was great but cannot make up for the bad rooms. Note that this was the second room they put us in. The first had a leak and the floors were wet!
