O quarto não estava muito limpo principalmente as toalhas e roupa de cama, toalhas com buracos começando a rasgar (devido as traças que tem no banheiro), banheiro ficava vazando água quando tomava banho do Box para o piso do banheiro. Pedi um copo grande para poder beber água com gelo e só tinha um copo no quarto muito pequeno que mal dava para colocar gelo dentro e o copo ainda por cima estava sujo e o rapaz da recepção do turno da noite disse q só aquele tamanho de copo e que dificilmente conseguiria outro copo na hora q solicitei um copo, conclusão tive que sair para comprar 2 copos na rua. Deveriam resolver esses problemas ou pelo menos cobrar uma diária mais barata devido a essas coisas. Talvez um motel seria mais limpo do que esse hotel.

O banheiro fica vazando água do box do chuveiro para o chão do banheiro isso em 3 quartos diferentes, reclamei na recepção e disseram que iriam avisar a manutenção, também um dos quartos o segundo que fiquei e o terceiro também a pia do banheiro a água demorava a descer estava quase entupido e ficava vazando e pingando na parte de baixo da pia. Os lençóis da cama estavam sujos e não sei quando foi a última vez que foram trocados, eu sempre pensei que toda vez que o hóspede fizesse check out do hotel eles trocassem os lençóis e colocassem limpos mas não foi o que aconteceu. As toalhas de banho, de rosto e tapete do banheiro são velhas e algumas com buracos começando a rasgar, como se tivesse sido por traças que tem várias pelos banheiros dos 3 apartamentos. Depois de ter trocado de quarto para ver se o outro quarto era melhor, sem vazamento e mais limpo eu já estava cansado e não queria mais mudar de quarto. Acho que a diária do hotel é muito cara para ter esses problemas. Ia ficar feliz se eles resolvessem essa questão da limpeza e dos vazamentos.
